this hotel was good location and clean. we used sauna and hot tub, both were good but there were a lot of smoking people near the hottub. without that point, it was totally nice hotel.

the location is very good we checked in very late and the staff was very patience and polite.

It has been a very good stay in the hotel .There are parking area available .Only that the resturant is a bit too busy to have a seat.

Excellent place to stay in the middle of the Whistler village!

The location of this hotel is awesome !

The hotel is located right at the Whistler Village. Convenient walk to trails and gondola rides. The hotel is very clean and staff and service is excellent. Highly recommended

The location right in the village is perfect for dining and shopping. Access to trails are also convenient. The room is on the small size and so are the beds. But the room looks like it has been renovated with new furniture and new bathroom counter and tub as well. Swimming pool is on the small size as well as the jacuzzi.

樓下就是度假村的商業街，最熱鬧的一段，去 Lululemon 衹需要 2 分鐘。離最近的纜車也就 3 分鐘。所以位置是非常棒的！ 停車需要 34 加幣一個晚上，我到外面看了一圈，比旁邊的萬豪酒店便宜一些，比路邊的 PayByPhone 更加便宜。聽某書説，小鎮路邊不能停車，因為要掃雪。我不知道真偽，不過因為不想車子停在户外，畢竟在下雪，因此也接受了。結果，在酒單的停車場繞了兩圈，愣是找不到車位。打電話給前台，前台説可能晚上所有check-out 的人都走了，就會有空位。但其實是沒有的，我晚上去車上拿東西的時候，還看到有車在繞圈找位。我是被迫停在 Small Car 的位置上（我的車是 Sienna）。而且，停車場靠近電梯房的位置，是垃圾收集間，經過的時候會聞到一股極度噁心的臭味。 酒店電梯的 M 層出去就是商業街，很方便。大堂的前台旁邊的通道出去就是西餐廳，味道還行，價格也公道，但用餐高峯時可能要等位。 最不滿意的是，我離開酒店後才知道女兒自己帶了充電器，忘記拿了。於是在酒店網站把情況告訴了酒店。不過可能他們官網也沒有人去管，所以從來沒有人跟我們聯繫。於是我們直接打電話告知，酒店留下了聯繫方式，説去看看；過了兩天回覆説：收拾房間的人沒有上交充電器。我説，會不會還插在牆上面呢？他們説去看看；直到幾天後我們朋友又入住該酒店，幫我們問起這個事情，他們還是説去看看；過了 40 分鐘，跟我朋友説，沒有找到。 坦白説，相比起房費，充電器可以説就是裏面的一盒紙巾的錢。酒店沒有提出任何補償，我權當他們耿直，覺得不是自己的錯就不存在補償。但在這個溝通過程中，我們真的非常不滿意！他們的工作態度完全趁不起這麼高昂的房費。 怎麼説呢？！就好比海南島，服務再怎麼垃圾，那得天獨厚的天然資源，你還是不可能列入黑名單。可能鬼佬的酒店就這個尿性。大家平常心吧

房間乾淨舒服 就是空調.還是暖氣的.聲音有點吵 吵到晚上睡不好 .而且再沒什麼客人得情況下 延遲退房要加💰.

地點方便,服務人員有禮,從酒店一出已經是步行小鎮,亦可直達纜車站,十分方便。 可惜平日很多遊覽地點都沒有開,如果安排到威士拿,最好預先上網查核景點,否則會有點失望了。 如需要開車前往此酒店,每日停車費用25元,基本上酒店附近有很多餐廳,十分方便,這是旅遊唯獨景點沒有開有些失望呢！ 如有機會再遊覽此地方,亦會選擇這酒店住宿
