Hotel nice but the beefeater for food was average. Breakfast not good and staff inattentive.

Stayed here whilst visiting friends in the area. The staff were all very Pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite an old building but very well kept on the inside. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Shoutout to the team, we had a pack of biscuits left in our room with a nice note, nice touch.

I visited this establishment early March and was very impressed with the service I received especially the receptionist. Powlett or something similar. The only downside was a self inflicted injury that I sustained whilst "solo entertaining" in the shower, I slipped and lodged the shower head somewhere it didn't belong. The staff were wonderful at de-escalating my mortal embarrassment and assured me that things like this happen more regularly than I may expect. As a result of this I have just one small suggestion and that's that you may be place warning signs in the showers.

Premier Inn never disappoints. Always know what you get with a Premier Inn good clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Shame the restaurants that are attached can’t have the same standard. The Beefeater attached was a terrible disappointment with the service and food with evening meal and breakfast.

Checked on a Saturday, the gentleman on the desk was quick and efficient. Quikest check in iv had and I couldn't be happier for it after a busy day. I think his name was sheldon. Room was lovely and clean as well although it could do with an update.

Another trip to my home town for a family event. Perfectly located, lots of car parking and easy to get to the locations that I needed to during the day and the evening. Arranged to meet family members there in the evening for dinner, and the food and service was excellent

The room is dated, heating making noises Terrible WI-FI , phone not trusting certificate with Virgin WI-FI. Very expensive for one night. Would not recommend. Whitbread group need to sort it out, even the outside is dated and dirty. Litter and pallets.

Had a lovely welcome from the young girl on reception, I believe her I name was “Lauren” she was very helpful. Gave my children some sweets and biscuits on arrival which was handy as the kids were a bit hungry after a long drive! Really good service rooms are lovely too.
