Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and well maintained period property, with an interesting history! Our room was a good size with great tea/coffee making facilities. There was even a mini fridge to keep items fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the wonderful selection of biscuits! Breakfast, which was included in the price, was superb! There was a good selection of serials and yogurt offered, followed by a fantastic Full English or special of the day. The Eggs Benedict with Salmon ( Eggs Royal) was delicious! All breakfast’s were served with a choice of eggs 3-ways, the poached eggs were perfectly done every time! The hosts, Tim & Teresa and all the staff, were very friendly and welcoming throughout, which helped make our stay in Weymouth a wonderful and memorable one! We will definitely be visiting again!

The King suite is fit for a King and the ensuite was so large and well appointed. Breakfast each morning created by Tim was a masterpiece. Theresa greeted us on arrival and had also sent us great locations to book evening meals. Great parking close to the Esplanade and just a great visit.

Tim and Teresa where amazing host's, nothing was too much trouble for them they made you feel so welcome in their accommodation.A lot of time ,thought and care has been put into making their guests feel welcome we didn’t want for anything. Breakfast was 1st class such a choice of fresh fruit and continental breakfast and then a wonderful choice of cooked breakfast which again was definitely 1st class. All the staff were friendly. Room spotlessly clean.Decor in very good condition as was the building throughout. Bed was comfy lovely selection of tea,coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits and such a treat to have a fridge in the room with fresh milk and two flasks of water.

The breakfast were excellent and you would find it a hard not to find something to your liking but I am sure that if you didn't Tom the owner would be able to accommodate your needs. The staff was very good and polite what more can you ask The bedroom was of a good size to accommodate a couple with toilet and shower to hand (hair dryer supplied and shampoo) it was a very pleasant experience something you might not get from a lower rated star establishment. It is in a quiet location about 15 minutes walk from town but don't be off by that. Certainly would stay there again if visiting Weymouth. Mary & Brian Plymouth 14th & 15th October.

All very nice. excellent menu for breakfast, will keep you going all day. Tim the owner does the cooking, The Property in good order and spotlessly clean. All very friendly. Two flights of stairs to the top floor. Off street parking for 8 cars. 4 at front and 4 at back. Self serve bar in the lounge, put the drinks you have in the book pay when you leave.
