Were do i start? Food oh my god all 1st class breakfast/lunch/dinner all so so tasty and piping hot 11 out of 10 Room was amazingly compfordable and clean. Staff so friendly and not afraid to actually chat as with some hotel Veronica in portos what a top ladie always a smile and very happy to help with all foods.. Barstaff/waiting staff/housekeeping/reception even the wee man with the dustpan all sound members of staff we will be back really soon as whats not to love about a hotel like this.. Do yourself a favour and book it you wont regret it. ps portions are massive so be ready to add a few 1bs.. 100%

Excellent customer service...staff friendly and efficient. As a family we come back time and time again. We never disappointed. It is super value for money. A terrific experience all round. I would highly recommend this fabulous hotel to everyone

Me and my wife had a lovely night in the hotel. One member of staff really stuck out to me. His name was Shane. On Saturday night he gave us excellent service in the bar/restaurant and was so nice and chatty. On Sunday morning, we decided to go to the pool, and there was Shane, lifeguarding. He welcomed us with a big smile and said hello to us. Such a great young man and he’s a credit to the company.

What a hotel! Our first visit to Westport was made perfect by staying at the Castlecourt hotel. The room was huge! Everything was so clean. Food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. Live music each night was brilliant. Everything under one roof! Excellent location. Would highly recommend.

Best hotel i have ever stayed in.Bedrooms roomy shower excellent food first class.i could recommend this hotel to anyone. Housekeeping staff done an excellent job. as did the waiting staff all very efficientwellmannered and pleasant. thank you

The member of staff Maura with the stars made the stay so memorable The Hotel is really well run with a real eye to detail. The bedrooms are lovely and the Hotel is really comfortable. 20 days roaming around Ireland and this was by far our favourite stay. First class facility and accommodations in a beautiful community with plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more all within short walking distance from the hotel.

There was blood spots on our towels and toilet paper shoved in the peephole. The television was off to the side, directly across from the bathroom door, which made it uncomfortable to watch. There was a mirror directly across from the bed, which is really where the TV should've been. There was also no sockets on one side of the bed, which, while an inconvenience, wasn't really a deal breaker. Room was generally grubby. We had extremely loud neighbours, which security dealt with very swiftly once notified. I have stayed in this hotel previously, and the breakfast has really gone downhill. Myself and my partner both ordered the "full Irish" breakfast, which was a rasher, two sausages, a rubbery fried egg, and a black pudding slice. On the menu it said we could choose how our eggs were done, however our waitress didn't ask us. The buffet is seriously lacking in options. As we weren't full from our meagre breakfast, we went to the buffet. My partner got a croissant which was stale (at 8am!) There were about 8 slices of salami and cheese, and we were there at 8am! I don't want to know what state it was in later on in the morning! The staff at reception, leisure centre and bar were very nice and helpful.
