Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront)

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

I don’t really care about the checkin time so that wasn’t a problem. The staff were nice. Me and my boyfriend were sent with the keycard to our room. The whole stay (2 nights) the room stank and it was abit dirty. Didn’t even get the room I requested when I booked. Breakfast wasn’t the best as it was cold and had less options than normal. I would like to stay here again but hopefully the rooms will be better next time. It’s my first ever stay here.

Booked here for my partners birthday, we upgraded to the room with a view. What an amazing place, soo quiet even though there was a main road below. Lovely staff, very friendly and happy , coffee machine and fridge was good, the rainfall shower was fab, plenty of room there. Town was a few mins away, big supermarket was minutes away if you wanted it. Really didn't want to leave. Well done to everyone who made the holiday for us.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most helpful and friendly young man behind reception. Our room was just what we wanted it was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Added bonus we had a room with a view of the beach . The cost to stay here was reasonable . The hotel is a two minute walk from the beach and all amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others .

The room was clean however the hotel from the outside looks like it needs fixing up, it is not obvious that it is even the premier inn and just looks run down. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience as at 11.30 at night when myself, my partner and children were asleep someone else was given access to our room and we were woken up by man who had been given our room number. Luckily the man was nice but this could have gone very differently if it was not a decent person and we had not woken up upon hearing the door open.

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for a short break. We informed the hotel in advance that it was our wedding anniversary & our room was decorated with banners, as well as some treats & a card, which was a lovely gesture. We had an accessible room, as my husband is a wheelchair user & it was very spacious, with a huge bed that was put on raisers as I'd requested in advance. The bathroom facilities were excellent & perfect for my disabled husband, who found the shower particularly good. There was plenty of tea/coffee available that you can top up from supplies in reception, so you shouldn't run out. Large TV in the room, decent hairdryer & even instructions on how to regulate the heating/air con. Breakfast was decent, with cereals & continental choice available & hot food made to order (week days). Evening meals were also good - generous portions, arrived quickly & very tasty. The staff are wonderful here - we have to mention Nathan, who was attentive, pleasant & went out of his way to ensure all guests were satisfied. The hotel is also in a good location for all the amenities, with the seafront, pier & shopping centre all within a short walking distance.
