Fairfield Inn & Suites Wausau

Located approximately five miles from Wausa, with easy access to freeway , its new or completely renovated, nice clean rooms, good breakfast and in quiet area. Very good representative for Fairfield brand, staff are polite and accommodating.

We were greeted by Kevin at the front desk for check-in. He was very friendly and helpful. We had 3 room reservations and there was a slight mix-up with one reservation that he quickly fixed Our rooms were ready and waiting for us. The pool area was very clean with lots of fresh towels. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on Saturday morning. provided. Phil checked us out and was very helpful. Overall a wonderful stay! We will be back again next time we are in the area.

Terrific hotel. Clean as could be, with friendly and competent service, and free breakfast was perfectly maintained even though hotel was largely full and it was a lot of work for the staff. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip through.

we used the Fairfield in Wausau for one of hotel choices for our wedding guests. we worked with hotel desk lead, Megan. she went above and beyond to facilitate our stays, and work on our shuttle. she was very prompt on replying to our emails and answering our questions. she was very flexible with our requests. the Fairfield is lucky to have Megan as she pays attention to detail!! thank you Megan for making our arrangements stress free!!!

We used the pool/whirlpool which were both at the perfect temperatures and the pool area was very clean with lots of fresh towels. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on Saturday morning. provided. Breah answered our questions at check out and was very helpful. Overall a wonderful stay! We will be back again next time we are in the area.

I have stayed at lots of Marriotts and never had I had such amazing, delicious, home cooked breakfasts. Yes, they cook real eggs in a kitchen and bring them out. They cut up real, fresh fruit and the list goes on. The staff is friendly. The rooms are fine. Just a really nice hotel :-)

I always request the top floor because I don’t like to hear any noise. It was quiet and I was able to sleep. The breakfast had a good variety of healthy and non-healthy options. The two men working the front desk were friendly. Overall, a great stay. The rooms could probably use a few upgrades shortly. The room was clean and had what we needed for a one night stay.

We realized we had both forgotten to pack deodorant and asked the lady at the front desk for some, she gave us each one- his and hers! The housekeeper provided me a plastic bag to put ice in for our cooler bag. Overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel is covenient, clean, and comfortable. Sunday breakfast was better than any offered elsewhere. Only downside was coffee unavailable in early hours before breakfast. Staff is very friendly and help.ful
