African Hills Safari Lodge & Spa

I had been looking around for some time for the perfect proposal experience. With my significant other being a huge Admirer of wildlife, I figured the elephant experience would be a great place to get the proposal done. I Emailed Brenda from African Hills Safari Lodge and her response was Swift. We arranged within a matter of two days including with the photographer Marius who was thankfully available during this time. On arrival, the pretence is that you will be going for a game drive. At one point I was almost starting to believe the backstory of the game drive which adjust to how convincing and great the team is. Without disclosing too much in a matter of minutes, I had popped the question. The staff were amazing from the Time of arrival, including in the restaurant and at the spa. I would 10 out of 10 recommend the experience to anyone. It is well worth the money and offers extreme value. I will be probably going back soon to explore the actual game drives and maybe consider a short staycation.

An absolutely extraordinary lodge filled with professionalism and excellence from all the staff. The food is absolutely magnificent, game drive was outstanding and all the facilities within the lodge is breathtaking beautiful. Will without a doubt go back again for memorable and priceless memories !!

So happy to have found this "hidden" gem on our doorstep!! We booked for 3 nights and from our first interaction at reception to check in, to the restaurant staff, to the game drive guide and spa staff, we were served with smiles and grace! So wonderful to visit an establishment where the staff are well trained & happy, nothing was too much for them. They showed genuine interest in learning about my dietary requirement of gluten-free food. We will be back!
