Seven Havens Residence

I had a great time staying at 7 havens! The view from the bedroom and private pool was amazing. The room and separate bathroom were spacious and clean. The driver (Sam) already informed me about the area during the 1h drive from the port to the villa. The very friendly staff was always there when I needed something. Food was amazingly good and well served, didn't have to go to another restaurant. I would definitely come back! Congrats to the owner & staff!

Wow, what a great find. This accommodation is the highest point in town. Views are amazing. The staff are wonderful, a big mention to Nani, Ujee and Amil! We were lucky enough to stay in the Ocen view room. 360 degree view right next a a beautiful infinity pool. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

We stayed here for 3 nights and we just loved it. The view is simply amazing - especially the sunsets! The staff was very caring and friendly. As it is is a very small hotel the service was extremely personal. Breakfast was very good and so was dinner. They really tried to help with everything we asked for and also the free shuttle to the beaches worked out well. Also there is a scooter rental directly in the hotel. I also would recommend to go on a daytour with their kind taxidriver Syamsul. He also picked us up from the port and we did a daytour with him and he did his best in showing us the most local way of Lombok. Mr. Rizal managed the hotel and he also helped with all our belongings. The only thing is that you have to share your room with geckos ...but this is the price you pay for staying in the middle of the jungle and enjoying the absolute best view. Btw also with the geckos the staff helped. And if you are lucky you see some wild monkeys which stop by at the pool or at breakfast. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay! Stunning view on top of the hill, from the best penthouse appartment you can ask for. From the top suite have almost 360 degree dream view, hills, mountains, beaches, rice fields, can hear waves morning. The huge 2 floor appartment top design, free net flix, biggest bathroom ever almost 8 m rise celling top to bottom. Nice huge sun beds, big comfy bed. Best staff and manager ever, great personal service, nice food. Promise by heart be back soon as can

The best hotel in lombok .100％ percent. 1. good view from every villa. They have 5 villas in operation, all of them have an extraordinary view, seaview or valeyview. 2. Top services for everything. they have free motors shuttle to selong beach, which is the best place for surfing beginner with many surfing schools on beach. 3. Friendly staff and boss, can help u slove everything. Even my friends wanna have a hot pot poolside, they prepare well the stoven and gas. they even help us clean the vegatables and cut the meat in slice. 4. Pool was sooooo nize, breakfast along poolside was so amazing, can enjoy the seaview with birds singing around. 5. they score 100 already, but keep moving optimize their service. A new restaurant is in built and massage room also, they also provide floating breakfast at pool. 6. if u missed the villa, u will be regret. Every time i go Lombok, sevem haven always my 1st priority. 中国的朋友人一定要来这家酒店，超棒，附近的景色也是整个龙目岛最好的。老板和员工黑到的服务真的超级贴心。

I don't think I've ever had to write such a negative review, but whichever way I looked at it, our experience was terrible. We had booked Seven Havens over three months in advance to celebrate my birthday with our children. When we arrived, we were stunned to see that the place was under construction! There were literally construction workers all over the place, looking through our windows as they walked by, hammering and drilling. The pool and pool deck was filthy. There was garbage littered around the property and a fire burning rubbish and plastic nearby with smoke entering our rooms. We had to make alternative bookings in extremis and spent the next three hours looking for another place to stay. It was such an awful way to start our trip. I don't know if this place is still being advertised as available, but be warned that construction will not be finished by at least April 2024. I certainly will never return.
