位置不錯，自駕停車方便，酒店自己的停車位，就是停車費略微高了一點，不過在澳洲也基本差不多了。公寓很乾凈可以自己做飯，一直在市中心邊上，離墨爾本大學大學比較近。城市景色也不錯。

booked 2 bedroom apt, the view was really nice from high floor. Check in staff nice and friendly. Apt is clean and the best i recognized was the washing and drying machine for laundry. We stayed 3 nights after the preceding 3 nights in an hotel loaded with clothings for washing. We were at West tower but East tower better for swimmer/gym. overall very good stay

Our family had a fantastic stay at Lumina Suites in August. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the view. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even better.

Good room, nice & clean. Shame our experience was delayed due to the admin Kristina having a 30 minute gossip with a friend, we were made to wait until she had finished her personal discussion. Unprofessional & not welcomed after a day of travel

Basic hotel with minimal extras. TV removed from main bedroom, one in upstairs lounge but not enough chairs for 4. Small supply teabags, shampoo etc. pleasant but nothing special. Manager Nikoloas is very good, caring and attentive to guests. Doing a great job with what he has.

The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. We had to pay $30 per night for private parking but it's hard to find anywhere in Melbourne that has private parking. All other places couldn't guarantee a spot, but this one did. The room was clean, and the view was of a massive Police Office block and the railyard and the train station. the place had all the basics, but the fridge was locked up in the cupboard with the microwave sitting on bits of wood on top of the fridge. The TV was nice and big, and the chairs were comfy. The bed was too hard for my back, so I did wake up each morning with a sore back. We thought we had a balcony, but it turned out to be an enclosure for the aircon unit The pool was in another block, so we didn't manage to get there. The location was a bit out of the CBD but we needed the exercise. Overall satisfied with Lumina

I stayed here recently for 4 night with 2 friends in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment though smaller than expected was well appointed with 2 lovely clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen which had everything needed if you were to stay in and cook. The reception staff were very friendly. The apartment though located a little distance from many attractions was in the free tram zone so getting around was very easy.
