Been staying here off and on for 6 months while out of town working. Stacey and Britney have been very helpful! Highly recommend. I’ve never seen managers and sales stay so involved with clients. Best part is the beds! The location and what’s around the hotel also makes it’s too convenient!

AMAZING!!!! Staff is on point and exceptional. Felt welcomed and it is the perfect get away. Will definitely be back in the future. Stacy and Britni were amazing helped me find the perfect accommodations. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Housekeeping is amazing and are detail oriented. Front desk is amazing

Very Disappointed. The room we stayed in had a horrible odor and was dirty. We found used toothpicks, crumbs everywhere, a pill, and a toilet paper roll that looked like it had blood on it. Asked for a cleaning of the room and housekeeper said she would go clean it herself as we left for about a half hour when we got back the room was the same way we had left. Very unprofessional staff. When we showed housekeeping our issues with the room we were given a bunch of reasons of why it was dirty as if there should ever be any excuse to not have a clean room when staying somewhere.

Booked 2 rooms and was told by Mattie at check in that we only booked 1 room. Fine, we all slept in 1 room rather than the 2 rooms that we originally booked. I was shocked when we arrived home that we were still charged for 2 rooms!! I called the hotel and she was really defensive. I brought up the fact that we had a conversation about the 2 rooms and she admitted she did tell us there was only 1 room for us and the system must of auto checked us in after midnight. She still wouldn’t refund the room we weren't given a key to. Also, don’t count on breakfast! They ran out a hour before breakfast ended. Didnt replenish, juice dispenser only dispensed water! Dirty plates all over the counters! What a mess! See attached photos.

Stacy, Brittany, and Molly at the front desk we’re super friendly, and made my entire morning that much better. Also the shampoo and conditioner they use inside of the rooms is hands-down the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.

Our stay was great (only issue was used towels left in bathroom). Front desk staff (non-mgmt) very friendly. However, upon checkout we were overcharged when we paid for full stay with points and had to leave message for manager since none there. Ended up leaving 3 messages for Brittany & Stacy that week, but never received return call explaining the issue. Once Hilton Customer Service got involved, Stacy lied to them & said she had called us about the issue and expected refund which was not true. A polite callback & this could have been a 5 star review.
