What we like 1. Hotel connected to mall. Convenience to food snacks toiletries and groceries 2. Room is clean and spacious What we don’t like 1. Shower water at 8th floor was not hot just lukewarm. But after we were move to 16th floor, all is good 2. We were asked to moved to 16th floor due to lighting maintenance/fixtures. The reception called us many times asking us if we want to move rooms without telling the reason. Only when I ask “why do u keep asking us to move?”, then only they tell the real reason. I would appreciate to have 1 call with proper explanation, and their proposal. Photo attached is just my girl sowing her homework in the room 😀

Good and centralised hotel with a big shopping Juz next to it! Breakfast options plentiful with local n western choices. Recommended as with its very reasonable rates , location, service etc it’s very very worth a stay!

Comfortable hotel room, with comfortable beds. Aircon & wifi connection is good. A toothbrush & bottled water are provided. Very quiet room with nice city view. There is a huge mall, Ciputra Mall, beside the hotel. The entrance to the mall is at the lobby. There is a supermarket in the mall. Easy to get food. Need the hotel room card to enter the hotel from the mall. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is awesome, with a wide variety. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Next to mall , great stay

Everything was good, the staffs are very friendly and helpful all the time. Very strategic location and convenient as it’s attached with a mall.

The room is big. Can see that the floor is not vacuumed properly. There are some visible dirt on the carpeted floor. View is great. Location is great, shopping just downstairs.

Toilet not very clean and not bright enough. Bathtub floor too curvy, very slippery. Rubber suction provided was too old, lost suction power.

Really nice hotel and im so happy to stay in this hotel, the parking is hard

Great location but toilet abit mouldy especially the shower head. Glad most hotels in jakarta this old has bathtub in every room.

Furniture a little bit old, but still fine. Location is good as it is attached to a mall. Staff is friendly and service is good.

I'll give it a 2. The staff are nice and the gym is very well equipped for a hotel gym. The gym itself ill give a 5 star but the hotel it self is very run down and old. Original room had no hot water , occasionally Luke warm at best, and the aircon was dismal. After complaining they informed me they sent a technician to the room and the water should be ok. Nothing had changed. Upon further enquiries I was shifted to a new grand deluxe room 1 floor up (15). The room was slightly fancier but still very dated. The lights occasionally made loud buzzing noises for no reason. Aircon and hot water was still an issue. For the price I paid (roughly $100 a night) I am extremely disappointed. $50 a night might be more reasonable if you can handle subpar aircon and hot water. The convenience of having a mall attached is handy for somewhere like jakarta. Oh and there was a flood in the hallway of level 14 one night.

Nice hotel,location is clean and good, service is good , breakfast is good , all amenities avaliable surrounding hotel mall.

The hotel in a good and convinien location. And the environment of hotel is very good and clean. The food very delicious.
