The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right at the centre of the old town. We have booked four rooms for our stay. The other three rooms were perfectly fine. Just that my room has a lot of cockroaches. But the hotel staff swiftly changed a room for me.

Lovely staff… good location near to old town… got a room upgrade… which was much appreciated…do be aware of taxi fares from Airport…. It cost us 500 on the way to the hotel and only 150 on the way back!

The hotel is situated in the old Town of Jakarta but the hotel is also very old

Tasty breakfast, near Batavia, helpful staff but too slow working process in everything even check-in, check-out and billing.

Great location near the square. Batavia cafe a nice 5mins walk away. Hotel breakfast is good. The reception is also very good

Nice hotel with a strategic location. The breakfast is nice. Toilet amenities upon request but the towels are a bit old. Sauna is also upon request.

Hotel was located near old town of Jakarta but the traffic was not the best. At night there were people playing music really loudly outside the hotel. Fast to get to the airport from here.

The hotel's infrastructure is slightly outdated, however, its location is conveniently situated near the Old Town. The staff, from the receptionists to the room service personnel and cleaners, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and provided excellent service. I would like to express my appreciation for their dedication and encourage them to maintain this standard of excellence.

So far so good... meet the basic requirement...

Its really very pleasent to have staycation here for 2 nights with my family, service was very good from check in till I got my room. Security was very polite, helpful and also friendly. Cons : We have to wait till 13.30 (almost 1 1/2 hours) to get our room ready Swimming Pool Bar was not ready to serve guest Order 1 coconut need 50 minutes to be served and she said that we have problem in our kitchen, Accor Hotel like Mercure should have excellent services to their guess and kind problem like that should not be occured. Swimming Pool was clean and also clear water, but the water is too cold for my boy, we dont know how the water become cold like ice water. Location is the best part for This Hotel, will be back again for another staycation @Mercure Batavia Kota Tua. Thank you very much guys.

No hot water in the shower, waited for at least 30 minutes only to get it warm. Requested to switch room but got moved to a smoking room instead.

An average hotel with big room , towel and bathroom utility needs to improve
