This is the ground floor of the non waterfront building. It has lovely garden views from the balcony.Electricity is not included. We will read the meter at checkin and check out. The rate will be calculated using tbe previous month's bill, the allowance will be deducted, and the guest is responsible for the remainder.We do include an electricity allowance that covers normal use of lights, fans, kitchen appliances, and even a little AC.
