Premier Inn Liverpool (West Derby)

Easy booking, easy to amend the booking, staff are always friendly and very helpful, the rooms are always standard and a good standard at that. We have stayed at this Premier Inn on a couple of occasions and we have always been very satisfied. Thank you.

Very clean and fresh and very comfortable. Not at all hot and stuffy like some hotels. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Delightful Easter treat offered at reception. One of the nicest Premier Inn’s we’ve ever stayed at. Will recommend and stay again!

Check in was really quick and efficient. The staff were so friendly and helpful, housekeepers even stopped to greet us in the corridors. Great info on transport links to city centre. Carpark charged at £3 per 24hours. Will definitely be back soon!

What can I say ! Don’t go !!!!! You have to pay parking even though it says otherwise on ere. Reception staff booking in off hand and useless. Put in a room at very back of hotel even though we had a child in wheelchair 5-6 door to open and close a very long and thin corridor asked about disclosed room was told should of mentioned wheel chair b4 booking , within the first 20 rooms should of been ok by far to long walk down corridor with chair and husband struggling with chest . Staff at reception day 2 lovely Booking out no staff to be seen. Breakfast don’t pay £10.99 for dried up food At beefeater. Lots of places around to eat better. What u expect and what u get big difference. Clean room but was told we won’t be getting room cleaned coz there more than a day 🤔

John and Bianca were incredibly helpful this evening and provided great customer service. John was very professional and friendly. Bianca has excellent management skills and was also very friendly and professional. I would recommend both members of staff for a raise / promotion.

Mostly as expected for a premier inn, great clean rooms with all you need. But with a few stand out moments which made it a really lovely stay, Firstly our welcome was excellent, the rooms (2 adults 2 children 8&16 the 16 yo had own room and the 2 adults and 8yo in a family room next door) were really clean and well presented, Joanna who had cleaned our room left hot chocolate for our 8yo which was a beautiful gesture and didn't go unnoticed so thanks to her. Had 1 evening meal and 2 breakfasts which you book through reception - again all staff were lovely. Food was nextdoor in rhe stag and rainbow, the meals were great, everyone enjoyed their evening meals and were suitably full from breakfasts.
