Comfortable beds, relaxed family room of double bed and two single beds was great, bathroom was really nice and clean with lots of towels provided & clean. Extra pillows provided which was greatly useful. Good location near Alder Hay Hospital for us. Breakfast was buffet style cooked full English and also continental style, good selection provided. There was an Aldi and M&S next door to the hotel if you needed anything for your stay. Would stay here again.

The staff were the most friendliest whether at reception or the cleaning staff. As a disabled person to be acknowledged at reception like I had just walked in instead of rolled in means so much. The room itself was perfect. Lots of room including room for my mobility equipment to be charged overnight. The bed was a perfect height, soooo comfy and cosy. The wet room was well equipped with plenty of grab rails and a sturdy shower seat. Another great stay at West Derby.

Never been to this Premier Inn before but would be back. The room although near the door and stairs was quiet. The room really clean and although no airccon when the window was open it worked well. The staff on the desk were great. I didn’t catch her name but particularly the lady who checked us in. We were talking to her about booking a taxi as it was raining really bad and she said she been working there over 5 years. She was great a real credit to Premier Inn. Sorry we didn’t get her name.

Had a great stay at West Derby. Visiting family and friends and everybody was very helpful. Easy access to the city from the hotel. Reception team were full of information, Kevin was always smiling and friendly. He was was always interested in my day. I would definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends and look forward to returning

Unlike the other Premier Inns, West Derby is located out of town with a convenient car park and a Beefeater next door. The meal deal is great and the extra WiFi works great too. The staff are very friendly and the stay is peaceful and very comfortable. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need including a kettle and an iron.

Visited here with my son for a night stay before our tour of Anfield stadium. Check inn was great and reception staff were very friendly. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities along with very comfy beds. The room does not have air conditioning but I was aware of this before booking as it states it on the website. The only improvement suggestion I could offer is it may need a little bit of a refurbishment as it's a little dated. Some premier inns I have stayed in, have been modernised but this did not impact my stay in any way at all. The hotel was only a 2 mile drive away from the Anfield stadium, which had a free car park (stanley park car park) right next to it. Superb loaction. Thanks for making out stay a good one. We would certainly return.

Clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom. Lots of parking area even we arrived a little late. £3 parking per night is fair, it would be even better if free. Breakfast timeslot needed to be reserved, which is great as we don't have to wait. Breakfast area is spaceous, clean and tidy. Food is refilled quickly.

Easy booking, easy to amend the booking, staff are always friendly and very helpful, the rooms are always standard and a good standard at that. We have stayed at this Premier Inn on a couple of occasions and we have always been very satisfied. Thank you.
