The pigsty is within a private location over looking the rolling fields, situated on the top of the Wye Valley. A complete new build, which can happily accommodate from 1 to 4 persons. A five minute walk into the many Trails, Pubs, Local amenities and adventures that the Wye valley can offer by foot or bike!! The space A one bed self contained apartment which also includes a new Double bed & a Emma Mattress + a Double sofa bed ideal for kids & adults. The space suits 2 -3 adults or a small family of 2 adults & 2 young children best. A fully separate ensuite bathroom to include WC, Sink & power shower. A breakfast bar with two stools, kitchen area has all the mod cons to include Airfryer, microwave, G.Foreman grill, toaster/kettle and f.freezer. The breakfast bar can also double up as a work station Full high speed fibre wifi (Gigaclear) and flat screen smart tv & Amazon Alexa Echo Dot. EV car charging and gym access on site at an additional charge. A travel cot is also present and available at no charge. Self contained access to the apartment, plus a dedicated garden to the front of the Funky Pigsty. There is also dedicated secure storage for bikes, Kayaks etc Free parking on site for one car, a second car can park close by for free.
