The room is clean but amenities are not enough. Location is not bad. There is TESCO near inn.

Friendly staff free parking a bonus and clean room. Only downside was to be the the double bed. Big ridge down the middle possibly 2 single beds together. But otherwise a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room.

Service is not very good. They do top up but don’t bother to clean. However, it’s reasonable with price.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I booked a family room at the Lucarelli Inn. Turns out, I had found a winner. The Lucarelli is a huge, popular Italian restaurant with rooms upstairs. It's very well located near the New Square shopping development with a multitude of shops and restaurants. There is a lot of parking available at the hotel. We were checked in efficiently by a friendly young lady, I was impressed with the early check in time. We turned up soon after 12 and the room was ready. It was advertised as a double and a single but the double was huge - basically 2 single beds together. The wifi worked well, toiletries and coffee / tea was plentiful, the tv was good and everything was clean. If I was looking with a critical eye I would think the room was a little dated, but it was comfortable, well located, quiet - what's not to love?! I would stay here again without hesitation.
