Went for a conference at Bethel. Only 2 miles away and much better value than the hotel they'd done a deal with. Everything you'd expect. Plenty free parking, good breakfast, clean and comfy, staff helpful with queries and friendly at check-in.

This Premier Inn is always clean and tidy. Good shower, temperature of rooms is reasonable, and everything works! The rooms are what you’d expect from a Premier Inn . The team are friendly and super helpful. Always happy to stay here as it’s a typical Premier Inn - I know exactly what I’m getting!

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Just let down by the availability of evening food service from the table table adjoined. As it ended at 8:45pm. As a quick stop before travelling to the airport the next day it met our needs. I would stay again in the future if I was visiting the local city.

Very convenient location near M5 and M6, also only 5 mins walk from tram stop to Birmingham. Very friendly welcome and quick to sort room out. Room was very quiet , in fact whole location is quiet (apart from the geese!). Room comfortable and clean with excellent heating - would recommend

Stayed here because I was attending a conference nearby. Very good Premier Inn. Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast The rates were value for money and the hotel is near to the M5 sovery convenient. Iwould happily stay here again if I was in the area.

A great stay in a Premier Inn that I have used for business on several occasions. Everything about our one-night stay was first class - The room, the breakfast, the service and the meals were excellent. The welcome was good. The efficiency of check-in was good. Everything was as it should be.

Very nice place and the pub next door has nice food and good prices. The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming. Especially Paige, she has been exceptionally kind and conscientious. She knows her stuff round here. Would make a excellent manager

Stayed here for 6 nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Both those in the restaurant and the hotel. They were happy to give local advice, on things to see and do during my stay. My room was clean and tidy, so couldn’t ask for more, very happy with the service.

My stay at this hotel was as expected due to the fact I stay in Premier inn at least one a week. My experience here however was really uplifted by the Cheery welcome from Lorraine at Breakfast. Very helpful and great service. Full English arrived quickly and exactly as ordered with a smile and some banter from Lorraine. Thank you .
