This is probably the cleanest hotel in Wenzhou. I have stayed here a few times and do no plan to stay elsewhere. While the hotel is not in the most ideal location (i.e., downtown) it is not far from things and the staff are super friendly.

Such a beautiful hotel, with a nice view on the river. There are convenient stores near and also street food, local restaurants and cute cafes.

It offers a wide range of dining options, including Chinese specialty cuisine as well as Southeast Asian cuisine such as Indian and Thai cuisine. The hotel is close to Wenzhou Nantang Pedestrian Street and Wenzhou Wutian Old Street, both of which are the best choices for experiencing Wenzhou's unique food street pedestrian street. 唯一優勢：距離五馬街和梧田老街開車都比較近，比起五馬街的市區酒店家庭套房性價比途客還是比較高的，房間也很大劣勢：酒店沒有停車場，車都停人行道和非機動車道，白天會有警察貼條（辛苦的是酒店安保師傅，要和👮🏻♂️交涉多少車輛是住店客人，然後通知客人下來挪車）節假日會讓你停在對面小區，酒店報銷停車費，有些客人就不願意，因為還要過馬路早餐：食物一般，高峯時候人手欠佳，還要自己動手煮麪條、餛飩前台：衹能用“死板”來形容，全程沒有笑容，行李🧳都要靠自己搬，即使酒店沒有專業行李員前台小哥也沒有意識幫客人搭一把手總體入住體感：欠佳

酒店位於市中心，交通便捷，房間面積適中，但入住時發現因近期陰雨天氣，室內潮濕感較為明顯，地面水漬潮濕，不通風有異味，整體衞生清潔度有待加強。隔音效果也不理想，夜間休息會受影響。早餐種類普通，但食材新鮮，整體體驗中規中矩。

房間衞生還比較乾淨整潔，就是停車不方便，停馬路邊，前台服務人員態度一般，房間隔音效果一般，晚上有點吵，尤其靠馬路邊
