Had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and the bathtub spotlessly clean, making it perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—top-notch service. Highly recommend!

這次來温州旅遊，入住瑞興大酒店，體驗超棒！ 1. 位置便利：出門就是公交，各種熱門景點全部直達，很方便。且和各個鐵路站都近，節省了不少時間。 2. 服務貼心：前台工作人員熱情專業，細心介紹酒店設施。客房服務響應快，有求必應。入住期間碰到有噪音問題，妥善解決，相當給力 3. 房間舒適：房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴設施不錯，熱水充足，洗浴用品白茶味相當宜人。還有智能設備，操控便捷。 4. 餐飲豐富：早餐種類多，食材新鮮。這次入住體驗滿分，下次來温州，肯定還選瑞興酒店！

酒店位置：位置對於旅遊的人來講，絕佳。周圍很多小吃步行或者蹬個單車就行。開車反倒不方便。酒店服務：雖然是老牌民營，但是服務還是很可的。住了三晚天天麻煩人家洗衣服😂 設施與衞生：我住的那個房型比較少，開始到了房間覺得土很大，後來我們出去以後客房給處理了一下好了很多。房間非常大，我們兩大兩小住起來很舒適。水很沖。還有自動麻將桌真的很意外。不足：酒店確實比較老舊了，比如淋浴房的花灑有些鬆了，導致需要非常注意水流的大小，頂噴設計缺陷，打開用着用着就掉牆皮。吹風機應該更新一下啦。

要符合1.3m的雙床，要有浴缸，要有停車場，入住了瑞興，覺得太完美了！雖然硬件時間長了稍有些瑕疵，但是酒店服務尤其是前台人員態度實在太暖心了。已經給我延遲退房了，結果因為老公的誤會結果超過2:30半了才回到酒店辦理退房。前台工作人員全程微笑耐心等待，太令人感動了！強烈安利給大家。

酒店位置優越，離酒店不遠可以走到市內的景點，如妙果寺、江心嶼、九山公園等。房間設施齊全，有浴缸且在浴缸邊有的電視。酒店的早餐非常豐盛，有現磨咖啡和温州小吃等。酒店有一個不大的停車場，門口的工作人員每次都熱情引導。感覺在温州選擇這家酒店的性價比很好
