In one word this hotel was horrifying. From the first moment, when I wanted to check in and was asked to scan the health code (which is already not necessary since more than one week anymore), just because they saw I'm a foreigner, I felt discriminated. They didn't even put my passport information into their system, who knows if they even have a license for hosting foreigners.
The staff walked behind me and saw me carrying two big suitcases, but didn't think about helping me carrying it, I thought that would be common sense to be part of any hotel's scope of service.
Then we went into the room, a "sea-view" suite with a small living room and kitchen, at least we tried. After several attempts to unlock the door with both cards they gave us, the door finally opened, leaving us with some uncertain feeling already.
The room itself was "okay" on the first view, everything pretty old, but okay. while the first view was okay, the first smell was not. the furniture didn't only look a little old, they smelled, as if some little rodents died in there, I didn't dare to open the doors of the furniture again. After inspecting the room further, we couldn't fund any kitchenware, so we asked the staff for some equipment to cook food for our 11 month old daughter. This was the whole reason, why we booked this room in the first place. After some discussion they gave us a hot pot (the one with the two chambers) in a condition my English isn't good enough to describe, just disgustingly dirty. We asked the staff, if it's not possible in the whole hotel to get a clean pot, then he went away with the pot mourning and brought the exact same pot again, briefly washed. so we decided to accept it and clean it by ourselves later, first we needed to buy some food to cook (it was already 9:30pm and our daughter was hungry and tired).
After coming back from the nearby supermarket, we tried to enter the room again, this time the door didn't open anymore, no matter what we did. So we called the staff again to help us getting inside our room. He came and I don't know,, who was unhappier with the situation, our hungry, tired daughter or the staff guy trying to open the door for five minutes (even the manual lock didn't work).
After he managed to open the door, we asked for another room, which they again gave us again only after discussing.
In the new room we first tried to cook something for our daughter (again without any other kitchenware than the dirty hot pot), but it turned out, that the pot was not suitable for induction cooking, so the water stayed cold.
In the meantime our daughter already fell asleep, so we decided to call it a (very bad) day and leave the hotel as soon as we can.
In short the hotel staff was discriminating against foreigners, at no point willing to help by themselves, could not provide, what was advertised and gave us the most horrible hotel experience we ever had.
Additionally, the hotel also was not in a good shape in general, the facades have definitely seen better times, the pool was dry, the hallways were dirty, the doors rusty... I don't know, if the 4,5 rating is from before Covid times, but that definitely doesn't reflect the true state of the hotel anymore.
In the pictures you can see the advertised "smart toilet", the "sea-view", the "kitchenware" and the swimming pool to get a taste of "advertisement vs. reality"
