The spacious accommodations offered a stunning nighttime cityscape view. My birthday celebration here was exceptional, and I highly recommend this location for a convenient city staycation with proximity to numerous restaurants and department stores.

Hotel is old, maintenance is reasonable, staff got proper training and proper dressed. Check in and check out is a bit slow, breakfast is simple. Very busy hotel, a lot of functions, lift are a bit slow. Location is good, in town center.

I recently stayed at Aryaduta Manado and had an overall pleasant experience. The best part of the stay was definitely the room with a seaview—waking up to the stunning view of the ocean and the Manado Tua Island was simply breathtaking. However, I found that the room was a bit old and could benefit from some updates, particularly in the furniture and decor. The breakfast at Aryaduta Manado was fantastic, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. Another plus is the hotel's location, as it is near many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome drink upon arrival, which made me feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try it out during my stay. In summary, Aryaduta Manado offers a great seaview and an amazing breakfast, though the rooms could use some refurbishment. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the city.

the reception is really nice, the staff incredible nice. The room was so so, very old. The bed was more deep in the middle than in the borders, so that means that we didn’t sleep very well because we were slipping like in a hill. The bathroom very old, only two body towels, no any towel for the hands or floor. We didn’t use the swimming pool, looks good.

Both management and staff are helpful and kind. It’s great to hear that the hotel has plans for refurbishment. Differently will return again.

The room is great. Comfy and clean, the breakfast is great but same for everyday.

The Hotel is old but well managed except that their Housekeeping staff did not replace the Shower Cap after used except on the 1st day ? The Floor Mat was NOT furnished on Day 3 until we called them ! This morning, morning Breakfast session was over crowded !!

It's an old hotel that's only partially maintained. The lobby still looks 5 stars and the tile in the bathroom seems renovated but then things like the shower are old and need renovation. The sheets and towels also are all old. The AC was noisy. I left after one night but for $28 I guess I can't complain.

The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

Room is spacious and nice view of the city but it's quite old hotel so facilities wise is old. Power trap twice during my stay. Location is good, near shopping mall and convince shop just nearby. Staff is friendly.

the location is very strategic right at the town center. The hotel is a bit old but well maintain and very spacious. I love the views from the hotel overlook beautiful mountain hill and ocean. Only thing lack is the choices of food and dining very limited.
