Although the hotel is a little worn, the staff were wonderful and did their absolute best to provide top notch service.

Darren and Aaron where really great members of staff very attentive and really friendly nothing was too much for them. We really relaxed and had a good meal and a couple of drinks. They made us feel comfortable and had a good repore with the customers

We were greeted by Darren who was SO helpful and professional. Couldn't do enough for myself, husband and daughter's. Our rooms were all clean, fresh and comfortable. Not issues at all. Everything made our stay very pleasurable. Thank you so much

We stayed as part of a large group; a mixture of adults and teenagers. Check in was quick and easy, the rooms were fine; clean, nice fluffy towels, tea and coffee, bed was decent too. What makes this hotel is the excellent staff! So personable, helpful and accommodating… nothing was too much trouble; service with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. As we were traveling for a sports competition, the lovely chef sent us away from breakfast with a selection of freshly cooked croissants and pain au chocolat, to keep the girls going. We ate in the restaurant for dinner - this was ok, quite a limited menu but did the job. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and cater for gluten free. Overall, a great stay!

It was a busy Friday night but the food was really nice. Darren and Pat ran the restaurant, bar and reception all by themselves. You wouldn’t know there was only 2 people running everything, they were friendly and helpful, They were a credit to the hotel

Can not thank the lovely manger “ vicki” the chef priscilla and alice for their outstanding hospitality and kindness towards me on this stay. A lil kindness goes a long way and they made me stay so comforting going above and beyond . can’t thankyou all enough vicki , alice and priscilla.

Just a great experience staff friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble Darren the manager most efficient ensuring we had everything we required beds usual Premier standard very very comfortable shower was great clean Nothing to much trouble for the staff team from heaters to extra milk!

Came to play in a tennis tournament in Gosling Sports and stayed for 2 nights with my hubby. Great location with just a 5 minute walk to the sports centre. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good for the price, Darren and Sophie were very efficient and made everyone welcome. If you are not in a rush for breakfast, the food gets replenished regularly plus it is a good price compared to nearby restaurants. Overall we had a good stay with no issues. Thank you to Sophie and Darren for doing a great job!

Clean hotel, excellent service. Please have the winter bed covers changed to lighter ones once winter is finished. If not it becomes difficult to sleep. A part from this, great experience and will come back! I hope they foresaw 2 sheets for tonight as discusses this morning, this will allow me to regenerate properly after a (hopefully) quality next nights rest. Thank you Premier Inn and a special thanks to the Junior Manager from India who is delivering an excellent service 🙏👌
