I would strongly advise not to stay at this hotel! Upon checking out of the hotel I walked passed the cleaning trolley to see a used toilet brush with the clean glasses and mugs - absolutely disgusting I would never stay at a Premier Inn Hotel again!! I will be reporting to environmental health!!

Not as expected wouldn't recommend going here as it is not up to Premier inn usual standards needs a refresh. As mattress was not usual standard so didn't get a good night's sleep. Couldn't get the sink to open thus water stayed in due to the push button not working.

I have stayed in many premier inn hotels and never had a problem. But I have had the worst room experience at Welwyn Garden City Premier Inn. We had booked a family room (room 21) and did not check in until late. When we got into our room we noticed it was the older style and had not been updated. No problem as long as it is clean then the experience is much the same. But as it was late we did not really realise until the morning how bad the room was. The sleeping area had not been cleaned properly. But it was the bathroom that really shocked us. The floor was soft, like walking on an airbed. This was due to the obvious flooding. The door did not close properly as it had warped and the ceiling was covered in mould and the fixtures were rusting

Fabulous, friendly staff at Premier Inn WGC. Especially the lady with the 18th October birthday! Thanks for helping us to have a lovely 2 day break for my 19th October birthday 😊. Also a shout out to customer relations at Premier Inn who reached out to resolve an issue, we really appreciated your help.

The room was lovley and the staff were very helpful, especially the waitress called Hollie who went above and beyond to rectify an issue in the kitchen, she was outstanding. Would highly recommend staying here from the sleep to the food to the friendly staff this place was a delight

Great experience at this Premier Inn. All staff were fantastic during our stay but a special shout out for Rhys who intervened on a few occasions and sorted all out. Keep up the great work PI team. We had 2 rooms and both were as expected, giving us all we needed.

Really enjoyable Stay and excellent value for money. The restaurant was open at 6 and our family had an excellent meal which again was very very good value. The food was of an impressive standard and a wide menu choice to enjoy . Would recommend this hotel

The burger was brilliant, great staff, nice spacious restaurant and good service. Decent value for money and a wide selection available on the menu . The rooms are clean and comfortable and we will return at some point in the future . Very good
