Our Studio is beautiful and comfortable located in the hear of Wellington, It is very close to all the equestrian events, restaurants, grocery stores, Mall, gas station, pharmacy, Lake Wellington's Florida Rowing Center and more. Walking distance to the restaurants, (Mexican and Italian) coffee shops (Starbuks and Donkin Donuts) and Gym.

Great place in Wellington for singles!
I was thrilled to find a pet friendly place that was 7 mins from an event I was attending. Clean and perfect for one person or couple. Centrally located to anything you need. Comfortable and Door Dash evening delivery if you don’t want to go out. Small efficiency kitchen for your needs. Happy with this choice.

Wellington Visit

Good Stay
The studio was well kept, and generously stocked with coffee and water. The bathroom had plenty of towels and was stocked with toiletries for your convenience. Overall it was a good stay for our first experience using a rental and not staying in a hotel.
