The Hotel was clean, but the doors to close to windows was really weird. You couldn't leave your window open or else all will see inside your room. Check in is way to late (4 pm) and check out is 11 am. Should change that to 2 pm at least. Only stayed there 14 hours and the price was not cheap. Did not get the opportunity to use the pool and we had to leave for an engagement. Also, on the website it stated that the pool was closed for the season and did not bring a bathing suit. Staff were pleasant and the grounds

This is our second time at Lakeside and it has gotten worse. I’m so disappointed. We arrived early and used the pool while we waited for our room and the front desk called me early asking if I wanted to do early check in for $25, really? Then, while at the pool there was an accident so we weren’t able to go in for the last 2 hours of the day. Ok fine. And I have to agree with the last review on here - sooo many rules especially around the pool with the buzzer going off every second. We get our room and then there’s a biggggggg bug in the wash room which we were able to get into the garbage can. I advise front desk who said they’ll take care of while we were at dinner. Come back from dinner and it’s still there, very gross. Called front desk and they finally took care of it and said yeah these things happen we have trees. Ok so a motel is ok with bugs in the bathroom. Nice. My last complaint is that at the pool, the menu says there is a gratuity of 20% when there is 6 or more people. I was charged gratuity both times and we were only 2 people. Not happy!!

Beautiful location. But overpriced with too many rules. Pool closes at 6 pm and need bracelet to enter. Locked gate needs to be buzzed in and out. After paying enourmous rates, cabanas need to be rented with $300 or more of purchased drinks and food. Hot tub needs to be rented also at $50 per hour! Not my kind of vacation spot. I was afraid to do anything because the staff is watching you like a hawk to make sure you aren't breaking any of their rules.

We arrived just before the busy season opened and their staff were in training. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Megan was fantastic. She was courteous and professional but most importantly she was fun! The king room ( of which there are 2) was well appointed and very comfortable. We are looking forward to booking next years stay before we check out today!

This was a perfect mini vacation from start to finish. We arrived the week before the official opening and the staff was in training. Everyone was so nice. The room was perfect, very comfortable and welcoming. The hospitality given my Megan was second to none. She provided us with many options of things to do during the day and places to eat. She was very knowledgeable and helped make it stay exceptional. The amenities and the grounds were 10/10. We will definitely be back.

The personnel were warm, professional and welcoming. However, the room was not comfortable. Bed and pillows, no proper chairs to sit on. No coffee machine in room, 500$ taken ahead of time plus the total amount for the stay. Owner wants money $$$$ Too expensive for a motel!

Tried out the “hot spring break” experience and will definitely be returning! This spot is a gem The view overlooking the lake is spectacular. There are stairs that take you right down into the lake if you feel like taking a natural cold plunge. Fire pits and 3 hot tubs right by the water. The heated pool is divine. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helped make my stay as enjoyable as possible (note: they don’t stay on site overnight but they do have an after hours emergency contact number if needed). The room was cute and clean. The bed was comfy and having the fireplace in the room added that extra bit to the ambiance. It’s also pet friendly!

Such an amazing place for a winter getaway. Sauna was always ready whenever we needed it. Always warm and waiting for us. The cold plunge was a check off the bucket list and such a rewarding feeling. Rooms are so modern, clean and laid out with the cutest little finishing decor touches. My friends are already dying to come here after seeing how great it has been for us. Prime location, stunning property, beautiful view, great eats walking distance away. Workers here topped our entire experience off. So welcoming, great service and always willing to help make our time in pec one to remember. Beauty buggy was a great add on to treat ourselves. Already want to come back.
