So Cool so nice so happy!

I have been living in China for five years and have travelled extensively in that time. This is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are all kind, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is in a wonderful, central location close to many interesting activities and attractions. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent. So was the lunch buffet on the 6th floor, and dinner in the restaurant on the 20th floor. I hope to return soon.

Aged facilities but great service with all sorts of welcome treats, heated bottles of water and gifts. We’ve been really well taken care of during our stay. Not to mention the great buffet. Manager Sunny Feng and colleagues were professional and helpful. Seniors of the family were happy about the entire journey.

Good hotel

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . If you are on a business or holiday trip you will not regret staying at the Bright Hotel .

The refrigerator in the room was not working

Really sad! This is our go-to hotel when we come to town but this time it was terrible. The kitchen was closed and the breakfast offer very poor. The staff treated us like leppers and I had to ask for new towels, coffee and even toilet paper. Weihai is so frightened of the virus that their service had gone to the dogs. Such a sorry state of affairs.

Friendly and warm hearted service, convenient location in city center and not far away from seaside promenade- room interior complete and they offer fruit or biscuit each day - breakfast buffet is rich and delicious-I will come again here when in Weihai

續住一晚。萬萬沒想到，在傍晚時分出門吃飯時，隨口問了保安附近有面麼？保安大叔竟然帶着我們去了麪館！三十年前，我們來山東問路，當地人也是二話不説就帶領我們去了目的地。三十年過去了，山東人樸實好客的性格沒有變！👍🏻當時沒有注意他的名牌，今天一早又看到他，掃了一眼，注意到他姓於。萬萬沒想到之二因為上一條點評提到了兩個小小的問題，小馮竟然端着一盤水果登門致歉！感動！她承諾酒店後續會改善停車超24小時的問題，也會加強前台接待的培訓。這樣的服務，夫復何求！ 20層的360度酒廊也非常贊👍🏻比起去幸福門打卡，這裏的性價比更高，景色更美！服務更優質！環境更優雅！圖一為房間裏的香薰，高級！

返程路上很認真編輯的一條評論。首先酒店位置很好，在威海市中心，對面就是威高廣場。我訂的房間是樹洞主題的親子房，有上下鋪的樹洞床和大滑梯，孩子喜歡的不得了。房間很大，有兩個衞生間，有水果、牛奶，還有酒店工作人員的手寫信。每一個工作人員都非常熱情，還有人幫忙沖洗車，還給孩子拿了沙灘玩具玩。孩子生病，前台的小姐姐噓寒問暖，耐心告訴我去哪個醫院在哪裡掛號，送了口罩，還讓餐廳幫忙蒸了蘋果給孩子吃。酒店的自助餐非常豐盛，海鮮品種很多，對內陸城市的遊客來説誘惑力極大。酒店還送了下午茶在20樓的海景咖啡廳，環境清幽雅靜，很適合放鬆身心。八樓還有海洋主題的淘氣堡。入住期間孩子真是玩的太開心了。如果有下次，一定還會選這家酒店。帶孩子來威海旅遊的（尤其是四口之家）可以閉眼沖哦~祝百納瑞汀酒店生意興隆，祝所有工作人員順心順意。
