Cozy three bedroom home in downtown Wayzata. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the lake! The home has two ground floor bedrooms. The back bedroom has a queen bed. The front bedroom has a dedicated work area with a desk and a separate room with a queen bed. The bonus space upstairs has its own half bath, king bed, and twin. There is plenty of space for you and your family. Great Stay; Great location; Great Town
Our 5 friends from different areas of the country have met together annually for the past 25 years in many different places throughout the U.S. We had a great time; loved our stay in this quaint home; fun town on Lake Minnetonka.

Great location
This is a great location if you want to be close to shops, dining, and the lake. My family enjoyed the short walks to the beach and the town. And they especially enjoyed the screened in back porch!

lovely property/area
Beautiful bungalow, well-maintained, comfortable beds, clean sheets, cozy, nice kitchen. Close to the lake, easy drive to main roads/freeways, accessible.

Well rehabbed Wayzata home
The owners did a great job updating the house in a lovely section of Wayzata. Everything worked, new appliances were first rate. When we needed a little help it was available. A two minute walk to downtown. Suggestions: Add a "house book" to explain how things work. And definitely need cushions on chairs in dining area.

Fishing/Golf Trip
Came up to fish and golf for a birthday party. Location is amazing!!! We walked to amazing food every night. Property was just as described and upkept very well!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great house in a great location
This is a really great spot with easy access to a lot of walkable destinations. The house has anything you'd need for a stay and the loft upstairs was a bonus for the kids. Access was easy on check-in and very easy on checkout. Would definitely book again if we were to stay in the area.
