About 5 mins to Beaver Creek Marina aka Safe Harbor and about 15 mins to Conley Bottom. Two driveways to accommodate boats, RV’s and trailers. Sleeps 10-12. 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has full size bed, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 4 is in basement with1 King bed and 1 full size bed . A queen size air mattress is also available. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot, (coffee and k cups provided) located in the kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen tv’s. Home includes one full bathroom with tub/shower combo on main floor, and full basement with sitting and dining area with full bath. Outside access from basement. Fire pit, Blackstone grill, corn hole board game, toys, outdoor folding chairs and carport with outdoor seating. Just 5 miles to Monticello.
