Atmosphere wise verygood. Room curtain is very short. And blanket have small small stains. Food is good compared to out side resturants. If you get 3300 including tax. Its worth.

Location is amazing, the resort is next to a very secluded lake. It was a calm and peaceful experience

Its a nice place with great view. But you ensure yku are getting the dam facing cottages. Food and service is also good.

The people were so nice and welcoming. They even helped us upgrade our room. Totally recommend this place and choose the lake view room

We booked the premium villa in this property. The villa was alright, very basic, not luxury by any standard. There was a huge tree blocking our view of the dam and a lot of construction noise as more villas were being built. Their intercom system is really old and contacting the reception took at least 10 tries each time. The breakfast buffet was very sub-par and only had 3-4 options. Also our geyser broke down on the first day, and it was a hassle to get it corrected.

The resort is not well maintained. We had booked 2 cottages for family and none had any view. The property is not safe for kids and elderly due to many broken steps no clear jungle markings it’s like scary at night with low light. There is absolutely no amenity at this property like swimming pool, spa, indoor games, outdoor activity etc. No bar or drinks counter. Rooms were spacious but curtains were dirty, service was slow and one of the room we did not even have intercom. I felt we wasted money on it for the price and the experience we got. Food was average and staff was good that’s the reason for average rating else it deserves zero. There was also construction going on and material scattered throughout the property. Almost felt like a railway station motel.

We had a kid with us and the room we got was too far and there were many stairs so we requested to change the room. They have not changed the room. Then we requested for room upgrade. They have upgraded the room by paying extra charges. Room was not clean properly, intercom was not working when we requested to change and ask why it’s not working they mentioned weather is cold that’s why it’s not working. They took more than 1. 5 hours to deliver food after ordering. Food quality was good but wait time was too much. Breakfast was horrible. I would not suggest any family with small kid to visits the place.
