The property is extremely beautiful with stunning views and amazing amenities . However the amenities could be well maintained - restaurants staff highly uncorporative . Being inside on a hill min 25 mins from any restaurant the staff should serve basics like tea coffee and snacks throughout day . They have timings where the serve tea and coffee which is limited and don have basics like ice or soy sauce for soup - the pool overcrowded , they give day passes to guess who come in huge busses and are crowded all over the activités , the pool is crowded and all activities are filled by the day pass people which is very annoying as the people who are paying for the resort are not able to peacefully enjoy the place Overall would rate 5 stars for the villas but not more than 2 for the restaurant and management if activities
