Overall pretty good, location and exterior were great. Staff were pleasant, pool was clean. Room was decent. My only complaint was the fitness area smell like something died in the walls.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The shower was very clean and easy to use with exceptional shower head water spray. Very clean hotel with NO late night odor issues. The hotel also has a nice family friendly swimming pool. I would highly recommend to stay here.

We stayed here twice in one month, because we had such great service the first time! A very nice & clean hotel with pool & hot tub and onsite bar with GREAT bartender Karen! Janette at the front counter was delightful & helpful!! The bath towels were actually soft & smelled nice. The hotel was quiet for sleeping, but had a nice onsite bar to relax by. Also a gas fireplace & large lobby to chill. The free breakfast was exceptionally fresh & well stocked. A great hotel. Thanks!

It would be nice to have a more supportive pillow. Pillows are too soft. Room was very clean. Quiet stay. I would definitely stay here again, but bring my own pillow. There was no one at the front desk, but a staff member passing b stepped behind the desk to assist me. Nice to see staff members going out of their way to help someone.

Was using this hotel due to blizzard that hit us as I commute 30 mins on a good day. Was clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, easy access to get to. Did not have breakfast as I had to leave for work early so I can not make comments on that. Hot tub was nice, check n easy and check out easy, staff was nice. no complaints.

This AmericInn in Waupon was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff were very helpful. Especially Vanessa at the front desk and Matt in the dining area. Speaking of dining, the complementary breakfast was the finest breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. The egg casserole and the sausage and the fruit and coffee were amazing. Matt was super helpful and kept everything fresh and hot. Really superb service and hospitality. The room was comfortable and quiet, The shower was excellent. We loved this hotel and will stay here again when we are in the area and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Book your stay!!! Great Stay. Clean Environment. Great Staff. It’s truly the best bang for your buck in this area. Restaurants and stores are in walking distance. This venue fills up quick during sports season. Book it while you can!!!!!!!

We stayed in room 326 October 21 - 23 to attend a wedding in town. As we were leaving for the wedding at 2:30 PM on Saturday, we discovered that the door of the room was not locking. Someone from staff came up and said that they would wait by the door until maintenance could come to fix the issue. We arrived back at the hotel more than seven hours later to find the door still unlocked and no one from staff around. I have tried repeatedly to contact hotel management to discuss the issue over the two weeks since our stay and no one will take or return my call. Stay at your own risk!

Right off the freeway with adequate parking. Friendly staff is there to help. The rooms were clean and presentable. There are a couple of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The morning breakfast was excellent with several choices. I would definitely stay again!
