We were there for a cycling event and stayed 2 nights. The pool, and the fitness room were both open and used by others. Not me, the cycling was enough! Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Hot breakfast was excellent. I love when they put the cheese omlets out! Text message once a day from front desk asking how everything was, was a nice touch.

We arrived at about 3pm and told the employee at the service desk we wanted a room for 2 nights. SD = Service desk ME SD: Do you have a reservation? ME: No, we just want a room for tonight and tomorrow nignt. SD: I need your reservation number. ME : We don't need reservations to get a room. SD: You need a reservation. ME: The parking lot is empty, so you can't say you have no rooms. SD: I can't help you unless you have a reservation. Me: (louder) Do you have some sort of mental disorder. At this point a lady comes to the service desk and tells me "he's training". At this point we're checked in without any further problems. I did ask this lady if the employee who first greeted us was the hotels new policy with DEI. Got no response.

We choose this hotel because all of the hotels closer to Windsor were all booked up. Although the drive was about 30 miles away, the hotel accommodations were excellent. This hotel did not disappoint.

We had a very pleasant stay but the most important reason for this review is to compliment and comment the honesty of the staff. I left the motel very early to go fishing and discovered that I did not have my wallet when I got to the boat. I called the motel; housekeeping found the wallet and it was waiting for me with all my currency etc. I reward was offered but was refused. I thank the staff so much!

We drove from Maryland to North Carolina to surprise my nephew for his 8th grade promotion. We arrived very late in the evening (after 10:00pm and had to leave very early (before 8:00am) the next day. The hotel staff was exceptional and I love having the Digital Key to get in the room. Breakfast was good; the breakfast staff was A-1!

When we 1st arrived the room that was assigned was locked from the inside and the attendant could not open so they had to give us another room. In the new room, the bed was not comfortable, the room had a smell, and the breakfast options lacked variety.

0 stars was unfortunately not an option. Property is a disaster. Drywall dust coats the lobby floor. Construction debris strewn about as you go to the elevator. Construction debris in the elevator. Cables hanging exposed from the ceiling on the 4th floor. Exposed sockets in the room. Pool is closed for construction material storage. Signs of water damage on main floor and 4th elevator lobby. Real question is, how does Washington allow a place like this to have guests? Is there a local building inspector? No notice in app, by email, or on website that construction is underway or that the pool is closed. It got worse at breakfast, as construction workers with dust masks on could be seen down the hallway. Open power sockets with unfinished drywall next to breakfast tables—hopefully no kids stay in this hotel. Front desk manager said that someone would call with an alternate reservation for our second night, they did not.

The way I was treated at this hotel is what the Hilton brand is all about and why I have been a Hilton Honors member for so many years!! I stayed here in the middle of a very stressful move and life change. The staff was so warm and friendly, they made me comfortable and that lowered my stress level so much. The room was spotless, the breakfast was amazing every morning and they had cookies at night! I had my two beagles and they provided me with a list of local dog parks, dog friendly venues and vets as well as a large pet area outside complete with poop bags and everything. Although they were doing some remodeling and updates they were very mindful not to disturb the guests. I highly recommend this property! My hats off to the General Manager, Jimmie Little, for building and retaining such a high performing team! Thank you!!

I booked this hotel because I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn hotels numerous times and was very pleased with my stays. This time I was very disappointed as I came in late around4am because of work I had to tend to and I figured I’d be able to just sleep in a few extra hours but I was awaken by workers in the building sounding like they were drilling through the ceiling in my room at about 9am in the morning and also a loud fork lift unloading carpets from a truck right outside my window. The most important thing for me when starting at a hotel is getting good sleep and it was not the case with this stay. If your working in a room above another room maybe you should not put customers in that room for their stay.
