Best microhotel we’ve been stayed for! The location is really great, we feel safe and sound and it is really close with the Metro!

A centrally located hotel with numerous attractions (e.g. White House), a Metro station and a Arena at its doorstep. Ideal for a visit to Washington D.C. Whitehouse does not have lockers onsite and so this hotel allows us to leave our belongings in the hotel and come back later. Enjoyed my very first visit to D.C in this hotel.

The hotel is in a really good location in the center if DC. It was very easy to get to all the tourist spots and is near a metro. The hotel staff were very lovely and personable. They learnt our names in the day we were there and happily gave us recommendations about where to eat. It’s still a Motto so you pay for what you get. It’s an ok room but it is clean and of the usual Hilton standard. However, I would happily stay there again for the price.

The people during the night they aren’t be very responsive at the check in. After that the rest of the team was fine. The hotel is very very noisy during the night so if you want to rest this isn’t your hotel

The room is very small. The location is pretty good that is the tourist spots are wo the in walking distance. Nearby have quite some restaurants too. Recommend to stay higher floor as there are clubs downstairs and would be a bit noisy at night. Overall, will not choose to stay again if we visit Washington again.

Good location within Chinatown of Washington. Room is clean and basic amenities provide.

I came to America for the first time. and has reserved this hotel as the first hotel I think it is a clean hotel with complete facilities.

Very nice. And had a good stay. Cleanliness is a key. The staff are amazing.

Room was clean, service was pretty good. No drinking glasses provided. I like that they provide a reusable water bottle, but you have to pay for it. Poor noise isolation with street and hallway.

The room is much smaller than expected.

The location is absolutely superb. The rooms are a tad small but managable.

The room is nice, clean & tidy. We will definitely come back if we visit Washington again.

除了地理位置優越以外，衞生看上去還可以。其它沒有一點可圈可點之處！首先前台服務員的問題。入住後我們要求多給一床被子。因為7旬長者家睡眠不好需要分被子睡，但是酒店方就是不同意。讓我四晚睡眠互相影響沒有睡好。其次我們預訂的是雙人間。但是次日晚上疲乏的回家準備洗澡，才發現衹給了一套毛巾。去前台交涉，前台信誓旦旦説他們衹提供一套毛巾。難道是讓我們共用一塊毛巾嗎！經過我用谷歌翻譯與前台交涉30分鐘後，我不耐煩了，我説如果你不給我們倆套毛巾，我會要求攜程換酒店。結果第三晚我們回到酒店看到房間顯眼處放了一大摞毛巾。這是行為藝術的懟我們嗎！另外房間設施一塌糊塗，和希爾頓毫無關係。房間迷你到放不下登機箱。廁所不足一米長。洗澡區域衹有1*0.4大人衹能橫着站否則就會貼在浴簾上。房內沒有玻璃杯、沒有冰箱、沒有夜燈。總結一下，雖然酒店地理位置不錯。但是房內設施不適合自由行旅客。酒店服務達不到希爾頓標準。

位於市中心中國城牌坊傍，吃中餐方便。房間衞生乾淨，但沒有咖啡茶等飲料和燒開水的壺，開水要等一樓咖啡廳要。到行政區國會大廈、華盛頓紀念碑、白宮等各個景點都不遠。
