Not good location where you need to waste time to visit main view points , I might find another hotel next time .

The hotel was very nice and there is good view

小而精緻的酒店 乾淨整潔 服務佳。但過夜停車費$35 吶😱，出酒店右手邊走約5分鐘有家早餐店 生意興隆 👍😄🌹 可走路到白宮等各景點 。

I booked this room for my brother to check but I wanted the bonvoy since he isn’t a member. At most hotels they are able to add the name of the guest who would checking in but for some reason front office manager Valerie wasn’t aware of this and refused to check in my brother unless I was present despite the fact that he would be the person paying for the room and I had given him the information he need to verify everything. It extremely disappointing how management isn’t knowledgeable in their own career field. I had spoken to someone earlier and they said they would have been able to do it for whatever reason Valerie an office manager at that wasn’t? Extremely disappointing service and I hope they do better.

The hotel room was good. Typical comfortable Marriott bed and bath. The location was 2 blocks from the metro. The 3 rating is because I accidentally left a gift bag, that obviously was a birthday present, in the hotel room. Despite repeated messages, no one will call me back. I understand housekeeping may not have turned it in - although I doubt they would have thrown it away - it was very obviously a clear wrapped $75 (with tag on it) black boxed candle with ribbons in a gift bag. But to not have the courtesy to return my repeated calls and voicemails is not acceptable. I know I reached the right place - the voice mail is clear that you are leaving a message for the Marriott Courtyard Dupont Circle front desk - but all I have gotten is crickets. Boo.

I left my I-watch in my room after checking out. I called the front desk from the airport and they secured it for me and mailed it to my home address. I greatly appreciate the effort and time they took to return my personal item that I carelessly forgot.

Great location - the good. First room had no heater of substance and would not warm up. It had USBs and electric outlets in the tables by the bed and the desk. None of them worked. The staff moved me the next day and were very accommodating. When I asked about service in my new room, I was told “This property only services rooms every two days.” So, no water for the coffee maker, no tea and no bottled water…. no offer for accommodation either. Definitely NOT up to Marriott standards. Clean and nice, but I can’t recommend it whole heartedly. I’ve been staying in Marriotts for 20 years - This wasn’t BAD, but it was bad. Not a good stay.

We had a nice stay over Thanksgiving at this hotel. Brian at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were allotted a nice top floor room, quiet as i like and is in my profile. We did not have housekeeping during the two days, which was OK. We did get extra towels, coffee, etc., so everything was cool. The parking garage was a pleasant 5-minute walk, but entry/exit was quicl and easy with a QR code provided by the hotel. Thanks!

Good location but not a great business travel experience. Hotel floor was very noisy and the room surprisingly basic- no closet so also no iron. Wireless internet was good. Longer walk to metro from airport but without bags an easy walk to many things and neighborhood has lots of restaurants and stores.

Stayed for one night here, Rooms compact but comfortable, Location is amazing, nice local area with food and plenty of choices. Little disappointing front desk service, lady on check out didn’t even look up when I was standing in front of her! Overall nice stay, rooms and bed comfortable. Will be back when in area.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible never again ever again. I was booked at the beacon , but changed my mate and I because I’m a infectious disease specialist I’m here because I’m also hired for a special case at the hospital here in DC, I sent a request for a upper floor and early check in coming directly from NYC from Work from Weill Cornell NYP hospital. I’m so upset the hotel on it website don’t believe it this hotel is small and horrible the room I request that I received a email that my request for early check in and higher floor excepted no I got to see a alley back Of building a sheet curtain the sunlight will be right on us . The front raj lady horrible a couple came in to book a room she said there is nothing available but it was , the room the shoe box whatever you do don’t come here ever . Unbelievable unbelievable never again my co workers nurses and doctor that come here to help especially for cases that we are called for to come I will tell them never come to the courtyard DuPont circle never horrible absolutely horrible . I’m writhing a email to the ceo, general manger etc this is not ok not ok . I asked for a high floor and now I got a 5 th floor and the Im looking at a back area and no curtain on window horrible . Asked the lady at the front desk for the GM/ manager she’s tells me she suppose to come Mia she said her name was ? But than advised she may not come in she’s don’t half if the don’t come in hen she suppose to . Again the most horrible low class hotel .. RUN RUN RUM RUN DONT COME HERE.

It is in a nice location, both as to convenience to DC sites as well as a nice leafy setting. That said, do not trust that this is close to DuPont Circle, as the location name suggests. It is actually closer to the Farragut West Metro stop, Scott Circle, and 16 St, NW area north of the White House. It is an area with some first rate cocktail lounges and restaurants, some on the same block as this hotel. The service was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The lobby is a bit dated and something that survives from the earlier property owner, without looking at all like the typical Courtyard lobby/ bistro layout. One real draw back is the painfully slow elevator.
