Hotel is nice, good location, rooms are clean and staff is friendly

We had a lovely stay at Kimpton Glover Park Hotel. Staff were very friendly and location was great.

The location was convenient for me and the staff is very friendly but the hotel is very stingy. You would think at $240 per night it would.include a light breakfast or something. The showers were modified so now they are very uncomfortable and the toiletries are scarce. One small soap for 2 people ...

This hotel was spot on for our needs. We needed to be in Georgetown near the university and this was a 15 min walk away. Hotel was easy to find and in a safe,clean and very nice area. Hotel its self was great. Staff very welcoming, all amenities we needed, lounge area, bar, restaurant and a gym. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and very clean. With toiletries provided. Absolutely no complaints at all. If you need to be in the vicinity of Georgetown university this would make a good mid range choice.

Good and very clear

We checked my son and I to this hotel for 3 nights. It's a total rip off. The hotel is outdated, the staff weren't helpful and no chain of command. One of the managers parked his car in a designated spot for special needs sticker holders where I paid 30 dollars per day to park my car. The food at the restaurant was very bad and expensive,we end up paying 60 dollars for 2 omelets and 1 pancake. The worst part is the beds got bed bugs, me and my son got many bites and when we confronted the manager he said they will ask a company to come and inspect the matter but they refused to give me the company's report, so I am assuming they were lying about it. Very disappointed with them as they didn't take any action on the first day when I told them we had bed bugs and on the second day they completely denied it. My vacation was screwed because we had to look for another hotel and move with my special needs son. They don't deserve 4 stars. 2 stars is their level.

優點: 房間大，有免費飲料和零食提供，室內乾淨整潔。周邊吃飯很方便 缺點: WiFi網絡很奇怪，第一天連不上。第二天連上了，但筆記本和手機上都收不了郵件。淋浴的水壓有點小，沖洗的時候不夠盡興。 總之，住的還是挺舒服的。除了上面兩條，其他方面和別的酒店相比，同等價位性價比是最好的了。

酒店位置很好，周圍很安靜 房間很大，基本設施都有，沒有熱水壺和拖鞋 不過前台在知道我們要喝熱水時幫我們找了個熱水壺，太棒了！ 酒店樓下有商店和餐廳，整體很棒

女兒説不錯，酒店距離Georgetown步行十分鐘，很方便。房間整潔寬敞，服務也不錯。有機會繼續入住

免費升級為雙床，房間很大，價格不高，性價比很好。唯一就是住了兩晚，第一天沒有打掃房間，不知道是不是美國都這樣？

黑心的商家，朋友在一起吃個午飯，停車連三小時都沒有，盡然扣款160美金，按金一直拖着不退，通過攜程才知道還有停車這一説

拿到標間，因為水龍頭壞了給我升級到7樓的房間，似乎房型沒有什麼大的不同，但是有免費的飲料和袋裝點心讓你隨意享用。這種對人的信任，讓我感慨萬千。酒店附近就有33號公交車，行駛在市中心主要幹道，能直接坐到白宮前，2美元/人 不管坐多少站。所以地點好，旁邊都是使館，沿路邊走邊看也非常舒服。
