Good location, easy excess to attractions by foot or metro. Nice & helpful staffs.

Gym is good. Hotel is good. Value for money. No issues at all.

The hotel has an artsy vibe and the decorations are very modern. It has onsite parking ($52/night) which makes life easier for us. There was a bit of hiccup during our check in as someone from Trip.com cancelled our booking on the day I made the booking. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us contact here and there to ensure we get the room back. Will definitely stay here again when coming to visit DC.

The staff is really amazing. So nice since the arrival til the checkout. The room was really big, with an amazing full window view. Breakfast was tasty and simple (8/10). The gym is clean and has the basic machines you need. The location is perfect. Really recommended.

Stay was a complete and utter disaster. Firstly, the air conditioning system was loud, with no way to turn it down to a quiet, low or silent mode. One setting: maximum. Despite that, the AC never got cold, just cool, despite setting the temperature to the lowest I could adjust the thermostat to. Finally, and worst of all, I needed to get laundry done urgently. Dropped off my laundry at the reception as soon as I checked in (around 4pm) and requested an express service, as I was checking out the next day. Nothing came back by 5pm next day, and when I escalated, it took the team over 1.5 hours to track down my clothes, only to find they were still unwashed. Hotel laundry isn’t cheap, so there’s an expectation that they’d be able to at least get it right. Unfortunately, not in this case.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was PERFECT! At the center of EVERYTHING.

Very nice facility with trendy furniture. Staff is very helpful. I stayed two trips in a row and both times are great experiences.

The first room had a very noisy fan. I was moved to another room which was much quieter. I noticed that there were several small issues with the room and relayed them to the front desk, where a manager (Keith) overheard me and said he would look into it. Nothing happened to correct it during the entire stay, not a note to say how or if it would be corrected. The issue was a ring of paint or epoxy in the bathtub, something that should have been cleaned up at the time of painting. The second issue was the very poor arrangement of lighting in the room. Lamps were confined to small areas, there was no overhead light and the bathroom was either overlit or underlit, while the closet area was dark unless it was daylight. Afterwards I noticed that there large holes in the sheer curtains in the room. Not tragic, but not in keeping with the tenor and tone of a Marriott Bonvoy. In the lobby there was only an ADA service elevator to go from the street to the lobby level. It was self operated, no instructions, no indication lights on either level and a bit noisy.

Nice location. Good hotel. The only issue is with AC. It’s old system and very dirty (a lot of dust coming from it when you turn it on).

location was convenient, service is decent, but the bed were slanted and the phone wasn’t working. Also no fridge!

This was by far the best hotel during my US trip. I have travelled to NYC and San Francisco. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk from the DuPont station. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was good and strong too. The only thing is missing from the room is a small fridge. I was not able to store my beverages. I would book this hotel again if I ever return to D.C. Thank you for the awesome stay.
