The hotel was clean and generally solid, but the location is not ideal. The service did not meet expectations, as it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English. Out of two elevators, one was out of order due to renovations, and the other malfunctioned twice during my stay.
Additionally, the construction work in the hotel started around 8:00 AM, which was quite noisy and disruptive. It also seemed like the staff lacked proper shift handovers or record-keeping, as I felt there was a gap in communication and organization.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are areas that need significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.

The journey isn’t far from the subway. If you’re coming from the bus stop, it’s also a short walk. The hotel is not far from the Giant supermarket.

The hotel is well located, very close to downtown and White House. We stayed there for one night and were very happy about the service. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room spacious. Would love stay again if come to Washington.

We arrived at around 2pm and the receptionist let us check in. He’s been helpful. The hotel is under renovation during our stay. If you’re fussy with room cleaning and room maintenance not the perfect hotel for you, toilet exhaust, fridge and aircon during our stay has not been checked and fixed even after multiple times I called and reported. A minimum 20-40 minute walk to National Mall. I find Uber/Lyft cheaper in DC than in NY/LA so whenever we feel tired of walking we just book ‘em.

Large room for the price, which was nice. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Great location for walking. The amenities were just ok -- the curtains didn't quite block out all the light and the AC was fairly noisy and weak -- turning the temperature down or the fan level higher didn't seem to make much of a difference, and the unit was blowing just slightly cool air as opposed to cold air. Granted, we didn't ask to move since it was only hot the last couple nights of our stay and we just slept without the sheets on.

The room is very big. The location is fine. There is a metro station near the hotel. The price is reasonable. The hotel is very new, so facilities are great.

This hotel was perfect. Had plenty of restaurants near the hotel within walking distance. Hotel was clean service was prompt even the grocery store right behind you to accommodate you for all your small convenience.

The service was absolutely terrible. They did not have my room available, and the clerk admitted that they had been overbooked for the entire day. They placed us in another hotel and required thar we pay another deposit. The next day they contacted me at the new hotel only to say we had to move back to the other hotel during the middle of our event. The staff was not helpful and was very rude. We asked for towels and they told me that they don't make room calls and to come and get them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
