An incredible vacation that provides ultimate luxury for large groups with hot tub, theatre room, incredible mountain views, game room, and space for up to 18 guests. Conveniently located for Deer Valley skiing, and the Sundance Film Festival, as well as the Midway Ice Castle, and cross country skiing at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center. There is a 3 car garage, and space for 3 in the driveway. This house has basic amenities such as WiFi, laundry room, plus many more extras for remarkable comfort. The entry room is on the main level, enter from the garage to find a mud room for coats and boots. The laundry room is adjacent to the mud room. On this floor you'll find a gourmet kitchen, well-stocked with tableware, pans, spices and other personal touches. There is a table that seats up to 10 in the dining room, great room equipped with large flat screen TV and killer views. The very spacious master bedroom and luxury bathroom is also on the main level with killer views as well. An office is also on this floor. The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The basement has 3 bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths. There is family room with TV, comfy sectional, pool table, foosball table, toy room, and kitchenette. Also on this floor is a home theatre with 8 reclining seats. This house is a great home for families to enjoy every holiday, with extra touches to make your stay memorable. We have a pack n play, board games, toys, high chair, all the comforts of home! This is our home away from home, and we hope you enjoy the welcoming environment. This is NOT a party house - we know our neighbors well and don't want to bother them. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Please have lots of fun in the house, but respect the neighborhood.
