Disappointing Experience
My recent stay at the hotel was underwhelming and far from the standard I had expected. Unfortunately, the service and attention to detail left much to be desired.
• Lack of Assistance with Luggage: Upon arrival, no staff offered assistance with our luggage unless specifically requested. This is not the level of hospitality one anticipates at a hotel.
• Unfriendly Staff: The staff lacked warmth and basic courtesy. There was no greeting from the housekeeping team or other staff members encountered during our stay.
• Subpar F&B Service: The food and beverage service was extremely disappointing, with no evidence of customer focus or hospitality. Breakfast was monotonous, with the same dishes served daily. Introducing variety would have significantly enhanced the dining experience.
• Housekeeping Oversight: Despite requesting a room makeup, body shampoo was not replenished. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, no effort was made to resolve the issue promptly. Instead, only a bellman delivered lotion as a substitute, citing that housekeeping had already left for the day.
• Bathroom Inconvenience: The bathroom design was flawed, causing the floor to get wet during showers, which was both inconvenient and uncomfortable.
• F&B Staff Training: The food and beverage team demonstrated a clear lack of training. Plates were cleared without any acknowledgment or courtesy, even while we were still eating, leaving us feeling rushed and unwelcome.
On a positive note, the reception staff stood out for their professionalism and helpful attitude, providing a glimmer of hope in an otherwise disappointing stay.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in staff training, guest service, and attention to detail to meet the expectations of discerning travelers.
