This apartment is just 5 minutes walking distance to shops nearby! And it is not far from Shen Zhou Railway Station too! They do provide free baggage storage for customers who check out earlier!

We stayed here over a week and it was a great experience. Great service, very friendly boss and smiley cleaning team. The room itself is rather small, though, don't expect 40+ meters as mentioned in the listing, but overall it's okay. The location is amazing of course.

The room is clean and has a beautiful bay view. The hotel is close to the beach. For transportation you can rent a bike from the hotel for 50 yuan per day.

The room was okay overall. It's big enough for a solo traveler, and they have a smart TV, which is nice. The location makes accessing food and the beach easy.

The apartment was lovely. I wasn’t given a seaview room as described but since it was conveniently located on 2nd floor, I didn’t ask to be moved. The view of the neighborhood was decent enough. The building is about two minutes walk from the restaurant zone on the peninsula and about ten minutes walk from the beach. NOTE: building Z2-1 is not marked - it’s the huge block of apartments with the property management shop on the ground floor after the Z2-2 and Z2-3 chalets. The address on the listing is for the apartment where the reception is located.

房間很敞亮，直角大陽台。服務也很周到，可以租小電驢，很划算，離椰林公路海邊很近，吃飯方便。非常值得説的一點是洗浴水流很大，是我住過所有酒店民宿水流最大的，洗澡超舒服。非常滿意，十分推薦！

踏入這家民宿，就像闖進了温暖的避風港。老闆熱忱又貼心，辦理入住時，不僅耐心推薦周邊景點，還幫忙規劃遊玩路線，親切感十足。房間更是超出預期，佈局合理，陳設簡約卻不失格調，床單被罩潔白如雪，地板光可鑒人，處處都透着乾淨清爽。

不得不寫個評價 從三亞 陵水 耍過來 住了幾天 這家是最好的一家了 不管哪個方面都是 價格還是這幾天裏面訂的最便宜的一個！比想象中好太多了 老闆和前台態度都很好 房間很乾凈 陵水的貴接近一倍 各方面都不如這家….房間冰箱啥的都有 還有地燈晚上上廁所很方便 不管哪個方面 真的都特別好 最主要覺得挺乾淨 睡去安心 很貼心 陽台看出去也很舒服！！！還能免費延遲半小時！！租電瓶車也很便宜！周圍交通便利 出去吃的也很多！真的是主動寫評價 不多説 真的 下次來萬寧還住這裏！！！祝老闆生意興隆！！！

選房間一定要選高層外海的，能看到大海，可是我定的是內海，看的就是樓的陰面對着山的那一側。下樓很方便，吃的都有，打車也好打，還可以租小電驢環島遊，距離海邊要走10分鐘左右的距離。公寓房間很寬敞，價格合理，而設全程微信與店家客服聯繫就行。這就是現在陽台看到內海的景象。

這次家庭出遊沒有訂酒店訂的這家民宿，價格挺便宜的開始還怕不是很好，到了以後發現完全是多慮了，簡直是性價比之王！提前加了前台微信，位置發的很詳細，地下車位充足，停好車之後很好找。位置絕佳，離商業街和海邊都不遠，步行十分鐘以內。房間很乾凈，寬敞，有個超大陽台，五個人住也完全不擠，設施齊全，洗衣機冰箱都有，還準備了洗衣液。電視可以看各種電影。非常好！
