Hotel design is outdated because it was built long ago. Some furniture were replaced with new ones but the built in cabinets are still the old ones.

Be aware that many of the photos for the Four Points are actually of the Sheraton which is the sister hotel next door. The address is also for the Sheraton. The Four Points is in a pretty shocking state. The rooms are old and both rooms we looked at smelled so badly of smoke that our clothes stank after being in the room for 5 minutes. Bear in mind I'm a smoker when I say the smell was overwhelming. The room room itself minus the smell was enough to check out. About 15 years ago this would not have been a 3 star hotel. Spent two hours at the desk in the Four Seasons trying to sort it out, then another hour in the Sheraton - and we speak Chinese. Eventually paid an extra 600 a night and changed to the Sheraton next door at the same time as another couple who were not happy. So now having paid for the Four Points and an upgrade to the Sheraton we were in influencer land. If you want to take photos for social media, have travel photography, run between photo ops, live stream or listen to banging music at the beach bar while arranging exactly the same photoshoot as everyone else then this is the place for you. If you want to walk in a straight line without being pushed out the way, run into by people on phones, chill at the beach bar or sleep then it is not. It's full on. We checked out 3 days early. Many thanks to Trip customer services for helping us as we weren't allowed to check out without their help.

Check in counter service in the evening fell below expectations for a property such as Sheraton. It was understaffed with only one Mr Peter at the front desk to handle guest queries & guest check in between 8-9pm. Only after that did I see 2 other staff coming in to station at front desk. Mr Peter's service was also lacklustre although he did give us a late check out due to event road closure closing entry and exit to the peninsula up to 1.30pm. The hotel has seen better days. Fixtures and fittings are worn & dated. Cleanliness is ok, buffet breakfast was ok too. However parking is outdoors and sheltered parking is payable even for hotel guests apparently. Location is towards the quieter end of the peninsula.

Ice room. Good value. Great pool with no one in it. Helpful staff. Right on the beach. Access to whole Sheraton resort.

The stay at the 4points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula was very enjoyable. From Sanya Airport we took the HSR to Shenzhou station and ordered a Didi there to take us to the hotel (~20min). Apparently there is also an Airport shuttle service by the hotel but to my knowledge it isnt free and only goes 2 times a day. Anyways, once there, the check in was quick and convenient. The walk to the room at the east end was quite long (big hotel). The room was quite big, clean and had all necessary equipment, but it is noticeable that everything has come to an age or appeared to be worn out a little. Also the bathroom always smelled a bit „smokey“ and there was also an noticeable smell from the toilet drainage. All in all the room was still satisfying yet it comes at a quite expensive price where you could expect better. The breakfast had many meal choices, but nothing that was over the top. Especially the very limited fruit offer on a tropical island like Hainan was disappointing. For a Trip-5 Star-hotel at this price point it could do better. The outside facilities of the hotel were very nice and relatively well maintained. The big pool was a highlight. Also its location directly at the sea with a big beautiful beach is nice. But yet again the downside is you are not allowed to swim in the sea. Yet always someone was trying to sell some surfing courses, jetski ride or other activities. I understand the safety concern, but as an experienced swimmer with lifeguard training it was a bit ridiculous. Still having a long sunset walk at the beach is amazing. For having dinner, there are a few decent choices in the 1km footwalk vicinity. Some restaurant areas can be reached by walking down the beach. My favorite though was the „Corona-Bar“ directly in front of the hotel, which serves semi-authentic Mexican dishes and nice cocktails. It comes at a higher price point, but if you make the correct food choices it is very delicious. Check out was also quick and comfortable and to summarize, we had an enjoyable stay. I only think for the price you pay there is still some space for little improvements by the hotel.

What a great place on the beach. Beach strolls and glorious sunsets viewed from the iconic Casa Corona was the daily routine. Price to stay was reasonable, service and staff overall good. An amazing swimming pool that was virtually empty the whole time. Spacious rooms and a well equipped gym. With a world class golf course minutes away it was a memorable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is perfectly located at the doorstep of the beach, great swimming pool, nice rooms, good breakfast with choice. The service is top notch, we had a personal assistant called Angelina who was a real angel and was very caring of of needs and was always there to help, a lot of small attentions and care, warmly recommend.

套房非常舒適乾淨，尤其洗手間很棒。海景視野好，看煙花挺海邊酒吧的歌曲都很棒。水給的非常多，每天都送果盤，所有服務管家小陳都會提前問詢安排。退房還準備了禮品，體驗非常好。酒店餐廳早餐很棒，芭樂是冰激凌芭樂，菜品豐富好吃。午餐晚餐在餐廳點餐的話價格比較高，但是品質很棒，都很好吃。

服務：這個酒店給我印象最最好的就是服務 無論是一直和我們聯繫的管家ella還是給我我們打掃客房的小姐姐， 還有餐廳的服務員， 甚至是迎賓部的工作人員， 都讓我感受到了賓至如歸👍 ❤️一下車就主動有人來幫助我們拿行李 ❤️到了客房所有的小童設備都是齊全的 ❤️管家ella的友情提示周到貼心 ❤️和前台溝通房間的時候還升級了家庭套房， 雖然在一樓但是滿足了我們一家人出行分房不分家的完美需求 房間靠近沙灘和泳池， 還能看到海景，一樓還有大花園，非常好 ❤️和喜來登公共區域完全是互通的， 腳一跨出去就能到海灘， 孩子在這裏挖了好幾天沙子， 我們幾乎沒出過酒店， 也算嚐遍了這裏的餐廳咯 ❤️強烈推薦喜來登的彩悦軒， 菜品不踩雷， 食材品質好， 完全不會因為團購把海鮮的品質降低。 折服了家裡的老老小小， 住了三天來吃了兩頓晚飯！服務又棒， 除了看不了海景其餘完美。 完美的假期體驗， 完美的神州半島 感謝好天氣 下次還想來

很滿意的體驗，陽台就能看到海，管家Ella很細心，服務很好，非常滿意。大部分設施、活動，都是跟隔壁喜來登共享的，坐個電瓶車幾分鐘就到隔壁大堂了，從沙灘走過去也很近。沙灘還有酒吧餐吧，拍照都跟出片，位置很好
