The hotel was very clean..the only things not good was the shower, it doesn’t have pressure and the tv all the good channel was not working . For the rest everything was ok

Very bad experience. Room lights was not working properly. Called to the reception and answered after 40 min . And the sofa bed was very uncomfortable even my daughter wasn’t sleep all night cause of the sofa bed Breakfast was good  Thank you x

Lift was not working from last one week or so Parking which used to be free is now paid and no indication on web site about this Staff was very helpful though Breakfast was good but service slow

Helpful staff who gave great pointers to navigate the area-easy for cabs/ubers to find

It was very dusty and not clean, its side was dusty and dirty I wanted to change our room, they didn't do it, I want the money I paid back.

Great hotel located centrally and friendly staff. Very neat facilities

Hotel was easy to get to, cheap overnight parking. Although there was a van that had gotten broken into in the morning which was worrying. The room was generally decent, not the cleanest fee to the room although. The sleep was good and the reception staff were friendly.

Good location breakfast included in booking fantastic . Well recommend

Bad experience today, checked into room 117 to be presented with a urine smelling room with a broken air conditioning unit that dripped water over the carpet, broken window latches, bubble gum on the window, raised concerns with the front desk, they were kind of helpful but not really apologetic, possibly a language barrier or overworked staff? I was provided a complete downgraded noisy room as a solution due to being “fully booked” room still being sold up until 10pm on multiple sites? Holiday Inn, honestly, your housekeeping should and would report back to you about faulty aircon and urine smelling rooms? This experience could have been completely different. You’re a big brand out there, the following experience simply shouldn’t have happened. I won’t book again. Trip.com allocated rooms faulty and poor quality.

Friendly hotel, location is a little difficult by public transport but it’s near a big Sainsbury’s for supplies. Everything else matches the HIX brand standards. Fast and efficient check in.

Nice clean friendly staff

Helpful friendly staff very clean comfortable beds . Breakfast plenty but disappointed thats was no eggs. Showers very powerful and enjoyable.
