Great customer service - thanks to Gabriel, olivia, trey and Kay for that. Amazing room with a good view of London. Train station next to hotel so great place. Breakfast and dinner 10/10! Travelodge is the greatest place to stay! 1000% recommended!!!!!!

Kay, Olivia, Gabriel, Trey and carlos was absolutely incredible! amazing staff members - the rooms were amazing for travelogue. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing! deffo recommend a stay here if needed. Very accommodating because there is a train staition right next too. 5 stars !!!!

Great experience at this travellodge. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond their job title. I stay at this hotel often for work and I honestly love staying here. They have cheap parking 1 min walk away and plenty of food choices in the hotel or within walking distance. Nicole on reception is great and always greets me with a smile and chit chat. Nina and tom on evening reception are very accommodating and friendly. X will definitely continue to use this hotel

At my stay, i had a great time, the workers were lovely and helpful. We had a great view and rooms were really clean and smelt fresh. We had nice necessities and enjoyed our time as a couple.

On arrival, we were greeted with a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for our stay. ILona, the reception staff member who looked after us, went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely at home. Her attentiveness and promptness in addressing our requests for extra pillows and towels significantly enhanced our comfort. The breakfasts, served over two mornings, were generous in portion size, but unfortunately fell short in quality. Certain items appeared to have been overcooked to the point where the moisture was entirely extracted, leaving them dry and unappetizing. Specifically, the hash browns lacked the light and fluffy texture one would expect, while the sausages were unusually hard, seemingly drained of their natural juices. Elaine, who managed the food hall, was exceptionally attentive and very helpful. Her dedication to service was evident, and she made an effort to ensure visitors felt cared for and accommodated. The overarching takeaway from our visit is the need for the hotel to reassess its approach to food preparation, ensuring that items meet the expected standards of quality and freshness. Addressing this aspect would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. While our stay had its highlights, particularly the stellar staff service, improvements in food quality would make this establishment truly exceptional.

Really nice visit. Stayed one night to attend a show at the theatre nearby. Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They seemed to get on with each other well, which made the atmosphere around the hotel better. Janina in particular went above and beyond to ensure that all was in order, though there isn’t a single member of the team I could fault. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is that the breakfast wasn’t that great. I didn’t expect too much with it being a buffet style offering but the dishes were quite cold for the most part, bacon seemed to be just about done and was quite chewy etc. Again though, the staff, including kitchen staff we encountered at breakfast were friendly and efficient. It seemed more a company thing in terms of the produce they use and the resources the hotel has for keeping food adequately warm. Overall a good stay.
