Rooms are generally …spacious and comfortable, though occasional updates might be needed. Although opinions on value diverge, the hotel's cleanliness and ample parking are well-regarded. However, the Wi-Fi service could be improved

Nice hotel,friendly and helpful staff as always..............delicious English breakfast....the chef were good and helpful.......spacious and free parking at the hotel....Room looked a bit tired but clean....I would recommend ad I stayed before on my business trip

All good, we were visiting our family and stay at this hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end …………………….breakfast delicious and next door food nice. Car park is free and spacious. I would recommend this hotel …..

Must say we had a terrible experience going there , as our company which uses there service . Central heating you switch it on and after 30 min goes off , one of the days after work we went to have a shower but there was no hot water ( and the manager said yes we had an issue ) so we had 4 rooms and all the same thing . After raising the issue they said that was no problem , so to end up they gave us a complimentary breakfast 10 pounds . Our company after what happened is not going to use there service again as it’s not up to standards.

We have used this Premier Inn whenever we visit our family in Bow, London. Over the two night stay at Christmas we were pleased to experience the high quality service and room facilities that we have always received there. The restaurant team cared for my wife and myself during breakfast as I have a balance problem and cannot walk without a hospital crutch.

Warm welcome at reception despite our late arrival (11pm). Quiet, ev charger on site & great showers. Large double room, no noisy aircon, quiet car park & great staff. Bright & airy dining area within hotel. A great night's rest. Would definitely recommend/return

The receptionist Lisa is really nicee and friendly, i also work in a hotel and i know how big of an impact the reception service can make to a guests stay and i wasn’t having a great day to begin with but she made me feel a lot more comfortable, she’s a great asset to this place. i had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice location the crowd and atmosphere is very nice, the people who work here go above and beyond for customers and the breakfast is amazing! There is also a lovely pub the bakers arms in the same area just a walk across the road for a nice evening out. You won’t be disappointed
