Homestay in Walsall

THIS SERVICE ADDRESS IS NO 51 LEAMORE LN, WALSALL (WS3 2AF) This Service does not exist. They are scammers. I got there and there was no one to attend to me. It was after several bangings on the door that a guy came down and claimed he couldn't communicate in English. Their stupidity made me stranded and had to stay outside in the cold as there were no more accommodations available. *******, please this would tarnish your image if you dont cut these rogues off. Please, kindly make your investigations about these criminals, so that others will not fall victims. Sincerely, their action is too barbaric.

Inside the prroperty was good. Bedroom good. Sadly ******* did not tell me i require a proff of address and ID. I was stranded for minutes asking for address to the property. I was told i can only get the details only after forwarding proof of ID and address. Also a code to enter the property was another issue. I am disappointed with how i got a text message asking me to provide my ID and proof of address before i can recieve entry access and also address to the property

I booked this hotel for one of my staff members who was on a training course. He rang me to say that he couldn't get into the hotel as it was a key in a box entry and he didn't have the code. He luckily caught the cleaner who contacted the owner who rang me. She said very abruptly that i needed to pay £150 deposit. When i said oh sorry i didn't know i had to pay it and was annoyed at her tone of voice i said i would pay it but i would put a comment onto trip advisor so people know they had to pay this amount of deposit she said "i couldn't give a toss what you put on trip advisor" i was so shocked at the disgusting way she spoke to me immediately rang my employee and told him he wasn't staying there and found him somewhere else to stay. He then said to me thank god as it was a dump. stay well clear people.
