Walsall (M6, J10)

Lovely stay at prem inn first time at this one, but same as the others clean comfy value for money great staff plenty of parking. Lovely hot shower massive bed with lovely white crisp sheets , plenty space for clothes plenty of room , nice pub next door for food and drinks .

The hotel is in an ideal location for what we needed. We attended an evening event and the receptionist helped us to get a taxi. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We paid for the breakfast in the pub next door and it was all freshly cooked with a continental breakfast included.

Fantastic trip Stayed overnight for a conference near by. Every need met, Comfy beds and a great nights sleep. Bath fills very quickly and shower was powerful and warm. Staff some of the friendliest i have ever seen, i usually book 5* hotels but never had this level of service in any of these hotels. Ended up getting breakfast at last minute which was not an issue and once again food and service was phenomenal. Not sure where else you can get full English, continental, unlimited drinks for £10.99. Not to mention the finest ingredients. I have to say I much prefer ordering the hot breakfast at table than a standard buffet style breakfast. Food came to table hot and delicious. Only came for a conference but would certainly return if ever in the area.

Booked this hotel for a 1 night business stay. Generally the place was welcoming, comfortable and warm. Beds are really snug and the rooms are your standard Premier Inn quality, which is all you need for a single night. A rubbish shower is a huge gripe of mine though, trickled out at a lukewarm temperature at best. This is the only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 though, and provided a good rate surfaces I'd book again.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Michelle on the front desk, really friendly and couldn't be more helpful... She informed us the restaurant was fully booked but offered plates and cutlery for any takeaway we ordered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the only issue was the room temperature... the thermostat couldn't be lowered from 26⁰c and this made it an uncomfortable nights sleep... I woke up and turned a fan on which was in the room obviously due to previous complaints and opened a window... in the morning the thermostat had gone upto 28⁰c and was just as warm. God knows why these are set so you can't adjust them. Breakfast was good in the adjoining restaurant with full English or continental on offer
