The room was clean, tidy, well stocked with tea & coffee, fresh and airy due to the lovely window that could be opened. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets and lovely fluffy towels. The housekeeping and reception teams have both done an excellent job at making our stay enjoyable, the staff were polite, friendly, professional and smart, keep up the good work. The inside & the outside of the hotel was very clean, tidy, peaceful & quiet. The curtains did a good job of keeping the light out. The hotel is located on the promenade next to the sea with such wonderful views. Thank you all for a great stay.

Brilliant location right on the prom. Clean hotel and room and friendly helpful staff on reception with a handy box of extra tea coffee sugar etc on reception. We've been before and we will come again. Also beside restaurants, take aways and cinema too. Thanks

Had a one night stay here with the wife.We found the staff to be very friendly and the room in a very clean condition.Surprisingly even though hotel is central to pubs and restaurants it was very quiet in the room! Travelodge rooms are basic but that is all we needed and it provided us with an excellent short stay would definitely stay again!

Nice friendly hotel. Good place. Bars and restaurants very close. Walk up the hill to the train station.

Excellent service from Emma she went out of her way was friendly helpful and whilst I was waiting to check in she dealt with a customer who wasn't happy she was very professional polite and very patient The room was clean and we had a great stay, we've stayed many times to visit family and will be returning Great location and carparking and great staff along with clean rooms. The staff really make this hotel excellent and thank you Emma for making our stay a great stay on this visit

Wouldn't chose to stay again, as so basic and quite costly, but was practical, and convenient for a one night, close to family.

Lovely clean room. Hotel well situated, no dining area but it's very close by to several eateries and coffee shops

One night stay while in Liverpool. Excellent location while in Liverpool. Train station a couple of minutes walk and bus stop the same. Many restaurants right outside the hotel but booking a table is advisable if area busy. Staff at hotel were very helpful with directions and during check in. Also an excellent location if you are looking for some photography shots of the sunrise or sunset either outside hotel or a walk along the river towards Liverpool city centre.

Lovely weekend break. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars xlose by. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean with comfy bed.Soap dispenser was empty but this was quickly rectified. We even had sea view and could see the amazing sunsets
