Căn hộ the Sóng An Gia - Vũng Tàu Apartment

Not clean, we booked for 3 days, due to the bad service and the rooms are note as description, we checked out immediately the next day. There were hairs in the bathroom ground and on the toilette. Table is shaking, second room was only for kids under 10 probably while we have booked for 4 adults

Don't stay at The Sóng, Don't stay at Xuan Homestay at The Sóng. 20-60 mins wait for elevator, super overcrowded. Small appartment, not worth the price. AFTER WE POST A REVIEW of 2* on booking. The owner of Xuan Homestay contacts and really angry with me because they said they've already reduce 500k (around $21). The full story is they wanted to cheat booking system, they said they'll marked us as "absent" to not have to pay marketing fee for booking. In return, they'd reduce the room fee. We returned the money. . They said we're liar, we had bad adtitude, high horse, uneducated, (captured on Zalo). This is the first time I've been attacted like this by a customer service. This should say something about the homestay. . What bellow here is my original feedback of the homestay on ***********. __________________________ We booked an appartments of Xuan homestay more than 3 weeks priors, then suddenly 2 days before arriving, they told us that one is gone?!? They didn't even trying to contact us for that, only inform us when we remind them our arriving time. The compensation for that is a voucher for 1 drink at their cafeteria (around $1-$1.5). The Sóng has 4 elevators for each block, but 1 is locked, and those 3 left is for each separated 10 floors (2-11, 12-23, 24-36), so they told us, the defaut wait time is 30 mins. The longest time we had to wait for elevator is more than 60 mins (we had to giving up going to the beach since we couldn't wait). All our vacation plan is ruined by how ridiculous the elevator works. Not only rushing hours, we experienced that ridiculous elevator waiting time all the day 7AM-12AM. The Sóng is clever on taking photos of their appartment, it's was way smaller than how it shows on Booking. We have hard time to fit 2 persons on the bed of 2nd bedroom. 1 bedroom doesn't have air conditioner. The hallway has heavy doors separated each building, without any air ways (window). Emergency staircases is inside the building without any window. In case of fire (vacation, drunk people,... that's easy to happen), I think this will easily become a disaster. Not ever wanna stay at The Sóng again.

Cơ sở vật chất ok với tiện ích tương đối đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên căn 2PN thực chất giữa 2 phòng chỉ được che 1 tấm màn. Dịch vụ khách hàng và nhân viên có một số anh bảo vệ toà nhà rất thái độ còn lại thì mọi người đều thân thiện. Thang máy kẹt liên tục và đặt biệt là vào giờ cao điểm check-in và check - out. Vị trí đẹp, cách bãi tắm của bãi sau khoảng 250m. Quy định và nội quy toà nhà được dán khắp nơi với giọng văn rất trịch thượng, bề trên. Bạn sẽ không cảm thấy mình là khách hàng khi xem những thông báo/ quy định của toà nhà này. Đối với mình thì trải nghiệm lần này quá tệ. Mình lưu trú tại đây vào ngày 25 - 26/05/2024 với giá 1,6 triệu đồng cho căn 2PN.
