Disappointing Stay: Kids Running Rampant ! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the lack of respect for pool rules, especially from the many families with young children. The pool area was constantly filled with kids, which is not a problem in itself, but their behavior left much to be desired. They were running around, splashing water excessively, and not following the rules regarding appropriate swimming attire. This created an environment that was not enjoyable for other guests who wanted to relax and unwind by the pool. Additionally, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated since my last visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed and undertrained, leading to long wait times for assistance and a general sense of neglect. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the cleanliness of the rooms suffered as a result. The once immaculate facilities now showed signs of wear and tear, with chipped paint and outdated furniture. It's unfortunate to see how this hotel has changed over the past year. While I understand that families with children deserve a welcoming and enjoyable environment, it's essential to maintain a certain level of decorum and respect for all guests. Moreover, the rapid decline in service quality is concerning and indicates a lack of investment in staff training and facility maintenance. In light of these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I genuinely hope that the management will address these concerns and work towards restoring the hotel's former glory. Andy

From the moment we arrived and the hotel porters collected our luggage for us AND parked the car, we knew we were off to a good start. The hotel is very modern and impressive, de-luxe rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable, the indoor and outdoor pools very nice with ample sunbeds, the dining room was very well run with very tasty food for breakfast and dinner with ample choice for all types of diners, special shout out to Ivan who was very attentive and looked after our table through the visit. We will return some time as we enjoyed it so much

We were from 15.02.2024 to 18.02.2020. Excellent hotel. The service is more than good. The pool is tidy, the water is warm. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner is more than sufficient. All in all, a very positive experience. For every recommendation.

Pool is very nice with heated water. Food at the restaurant buffet is very good. There are things that should be fixed mostly in room, that looks average with some furniture falling apart. Our apartment did not have any paintings on the walls in both rooms, only dull gray walls, also no work desk with chair, as presented on the apartment images on web site. Coffee and tee that you make yourself at the machine in the room is not complementary, not even the first few capsules, as it should be. Some mosaic tiles fall off at the pool. There were no staff at the pool, because some staff had their vacation off time during our stay, as they explained, so you have to go inside to pool caffe and bring your drinks, but they also did not have some drinks from the menu, and also no food there to order. Some of the staff does not really know how to make coffee properly. This is currently not a 5 stars hotel expirience, but it have a good potential with nice pool, so it should be renovated and generally kept in better condition, also it should have enough staff even when some are away for vacations, and they all should know how to make all types of coffee, and how to do it properly. We generally had a nice time there because of the heated pool, and good food, so I can still recommended it because of that.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service, more than friendly staff. Clean, tidy. High standard spa and pools, towels, bathrobes, slippers provided. The rooms have everything you need, special wishes are fulfilled by the staff at the reception. Absolutely everything as written on the website in the description of the hotel. The food is varied, from vegetarian to local specialties, buffet service for lunch and dinner. There is parking, which is charged additionally per day.
