need to improve room service. most of the rooms got sealan om walls . not adequate light in the bathroom on washbasin area. lift frequent failure, Good location, but it needs improvement

Hotel is average, food is good, location is good. There are damps on the wall and the people sitting at reception is not polite to the visitor. It could have been a better experience.

Value for money and in place like vrindavan it is very spacious and location is perfect for all going to religious places in vrindavan. Food is also good. House keeping can be improved

Very good location and extremely spacious as compared to other hotels in the area. Balcony is also good. Food is also good if not extraordinary. Service is ok and not like 5 start but that is understandable at the price being offered. Room cleaning needs to be more prompt and regular

The hotel is very unclean and rooms are filthy. Poor service. The *** at the reception was rude and would not even make eye contact while speaking. The toilet was smelly and it was a big mistake to book this. Absolutely no value for money. Only the security staff was very helpful with parking, and polite and friendly.

The location was fine however the room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom was smelly and the property is very poorly maintained. Not worth the price. The *** at the reception did not even smile or make eye contact. However security staff was polite and helpful
