Food was good without onion and garlic. Stay is also good. Cleanliness of room may be improved. Hotel staffs are friendly.

The rooms were not clean. Service is not quick. Needs a lot of follow-up. Had to change rooms from 5th to 6th floor which were little better. The restaurant opens at only at 8 am. No coffee or tea till then.

Whenever i visited vrindavan i used to stay at this hotel. But this time i was not satisfied. As a mosquito and the food served was like soup is very cold. I hope they will do some action for the same. Else rest all things ok, staff was good and helpful.

Location is best. But unhappy with the service. Phone was not in the working condition. Bucket was not there in the bathroom. We called to provide the bucket 3-4 times from another room but no one came to give it. Apart from service everything was good. It could be better.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very cooperative. Love the ambience. Services were good. Food was delicious. Love to visit again

The property is located in a lane opposite prem mandir. Sometome when the prem mandir road is blocked, you cannot take the car in the hotel. The hotel is in shabby condition. Room service is pathetic. Bathroom fittings are damaged. Rooms are not managed properly. Bed-sheets and pillows are not clean properly.

We usually staying in this property only since last 5 years. Every year on this kartik month we are coming to meet krishna. This hotel is located in very convenient location. Just in front of prem mandir. Iskcon temple is 200 m away and walking distance. Rooms are wide and clean. Staff are well cooperative.
