We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a suite. At 8 th floor. Despite our complaint the toilet smell was overwhelming in the bed room also in-spite we closing the toilet door tight. Balcony had moth nests and was dirty. Then we asked for room freshner spray and that was also not provided. The staff in buffet was also not very helpfull. Overall our experience was not good.

Property location was excellent and society ambience was excellent. Rooms are excellent and cleaning was good. Overall a worth for money property.

Property is good, location is also good and peaceful. Food is also good but little expensive. Amenities is good but service is slow

5. Stay was very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and property was clean. Perfect rooms. Location of the hotel is also accessible from all parts of the city. Thanks

Location is good. It’s freshly constructed but housekeeping and food arrangements have to improve. Reception staff was very good and cooperative

I found the property on mmt, no doubt the hotel is good for staying, but in my case, i was given a room on the 11th floor where there is no mobile network connectivity also there wifi network has poor connectivity, i've tried to address my issue with the hotel receptionist, but they said it's normal, there will be such issues ) the room's indoor feel is quite dark, it should be more bright. The restaurant is not accepting orders after 10. 30pm, which is not advisable.

There are no service in room, i don't know how make my trip book this hotel for customers. I want make my trip must take action of hotel.

Hotel was very good with good surroundings and atmosphere. Staff was polite and cooperative
food was delicious and overall experience for stay was excellent.
